Then came the first season of The Boys, a whole new generation of hardcore television that portrayed superheroes as selfish, overzealous maniacs. It was renewed for a second season before it premiered, and as Amazon expected, it was an instant hit around the world.
Since then, he has become stronger and stronger in the viewing audience, and season 3 could be the best part of the show. Fortunately, that's not all.

The Boys Season 4: What has happened in Season 3 so far?
At the end of season 2, it was revealed that Neuman was a super who used her powers to blow up a whole bunch of congressional heads. Huey started the season working for her, hunting down soups in an official way with the embittered help of Butcher, Frenchman, and Kimiko.
Notably, the first episode featured the show's most horrifying moment to date: a termite (essentially a version of Ant-Man) crawls inside her boyfriend's penis, sneezes, and causes him to burst, leaving his insides hanging off the bed onto the floor.
Maeve secretly helps the Butcher behind Vought's back and supplies him with serum Vby granting him superpowers; specifically, laser vision and super strength. She tells him to investigate the death of Soldier Boy and Reckoning, as it could lead to a weapon that could kill the Patriot.
After learning that Neumann is a super who also betrays Stan Edgar (Giancarlo Esposito) and hands over control of Vought to Homelander, Hughie returns to Butcher and the old team gets back together to work in Russia. There, they discover the Soldier, alive and not well, who unleashes a massive radioactive blast that renders Kimiko powerless.
Oh, and Huey takes the V Serum and gains the ability to teleport. The star strongly disapproves and begs him to stop, but Huey continues to accept it, uplifting their relationship for a while.
Against the wishes of MM, who wants revenge for Soldier killing his grandfather by throwing a car across his apartment, the Boys team up with Soldier to help track down the former doodles who betrayed him. In return, he promises to kill the Patriot.
Meanwhile, Pvtriot has been steadily derailing since the first episode. After being declared a Nazi, Stormfront begins in the middle of a public relations nightmare that only spins when Stormfront kills himself by biting off his own tongue just hours before his birthday.
However, things are turning for the better: Homelander is using airtime from his celebrations to go on a far-right tirade that sees his ratings skyrocket. There is also a question about Stars, whose high ratings led to her being forced into a fake relationship with Homelander, nauseatingly dubbed "Homelight".
In episode 6, the show arrived at the hotly anticipated Herogasm, a weekend orgy for superheroes. In addition to NSFW, it also becomes the setting for one of the greatest superhero fights put on screen: Soldier Boy, Butcher and Huey vs. homelander. Surprisingly, Homelander loses but manages to make a quick escape.
In episode 7, Starlight went into hiding after targeting Homelander live and also publicly quit The Seven. She hesitantly helps Kimiko by getting Serum V out of the tower so she can regain her powers after the Soldier's explosion.
While Soldier Boy, Butcher and Hughie hunt down Mindstorm, we learn more about Black Noir's past. While serving on the Payback team, he was severely beaten and bullied by Soldier Boy, and the other Soups resented him.
During the mission to Nicaragua, broadcast to viewers via cartoon flashback, we also discover that Stan Edgar has given Black Noir the order to kill Soldier Boy to make way for Homelander. During the scuffle that followed, Soldier Boy beat him so badly that half of his face melted and his skull was shattered into pieces.
However, the last minutes deal the strongest blow: the Soldier calls the Patriot and says that he is his father.
