Akshan: The Wayward Guardian - New League of Legends Champion Guide
The new League of Legends hero Akshan, introduced yesterday, has caused quite a stir in the gaming community. Gamers are expecting this champion to be the new imba and break the balance of the game. thanks to the ability to resurrect.
Riot Games adds new characters to the League of Legends hero roster every few months, and this is often due to players' concerns about game balance. Sometimes developers who want to create an interesting and unique champion go too far, as a result of which players become too strong. So it was with Yene last year. Now Akshan, who has a very strong skill set to say the least, can join the ranks of cool heroes for balance. We have here, among other things, disguise, explosive damage and the resurrection of allies!
So let's see what Akshan can do:
Fight without rules (passive skill):
Every third hit with an auto attack or skill, Akshan deals additional physical damage to the enemy. If the target is a champion, Akshan also gains a shield.
After each auto-attack, he shoots again. This shot deals less physical damage and can be canceled like a regular auto attack. For canceling the second shot, Akshan briefly speeds up.
Avenger's Boomerang [Q]: Akshan throws a boomerang that deals physical damage and reveals enemies hit. Flight range increases with each target hit. The boomerang can hurt the enemy when it flies forward and when it returns.
Dangerous game [W]:
Passively: when enemy champions kill Akshan's allies, they become rogues. By taking part in the murder of the villain, Akshan receives additional gold, and all allies killed by the villain are reborn at the base. At the same time, the rest of the villains get rid of this status.
Actively: Akshan appears briefly disguised. Concealment persists permanently near terrain element. During the effect, Akshan sees footprints leading to the villains. Following these tracks, he accelerates and regenerates mana faster.
Hook Pistol [E]:
Akshan fires a grappling hook that hooks onto the first piece of terrain in its path. He can then use the skill again to fly around a piece of terrain, shooting and dealing physical damage to the nearest enemy. While flying, Akshan can cast the skill again to jump in the direction of the cursor and fire the final shot.
When Akshan is involved in killing an enemy champion, the cooldown Toe gun is reset.
Reckoning [R]:
Akshan locks onto an enemy champion and begins charging the pistol with energy, accumulating bullets. After preparation or when re-cast, Akshan shoots. Each bullet deals physical damage to the first minion, champion, or structure hit based on the target's missing health.
During the preparation and application of the Reckoning, Akshan can move and use Toe gun.
The Dangerous Game skill is the most controversial. Using camouflage is one thing, many characters have it, but resurrecting allies seems like an overdone idea. Some characters can revive after losing their entire HP bar, such as Anivia or Zak, but Akshan will be the first Champion to restore many companions from the grave and receive additional gold for this. So far, the only character with this skill was Zilean, who had the ability to resurrect himself or one ally on the battlefield.
