The demo supports DirectX Raytracing, AMD FidelityFX, and Microsoft DirectX 12 Ultimate, which should take gaming graphics to the next level.
The demo itself uses both innovative and classic lighting and shading techniques. That is, ray tracing does not handle all reflections. However, at the same time, volumetric fog, global illumination in real time, "rays of God", depth of field and 8K textures are available.
The end result is great and showcases some really amazing graphics. It remains to wait for full-fledged games with support for this entire set of technologies.
