New Mass Effect Announced – Bioware Reveals First Art
As expected, BioWare announced a remaster of the Mass Effect trilogy dubbed the Legendary Edition, but the announcement that a new game in the franchise was in development came as a complete surprise.
In an investor presentation this week, EA said it will release the remaster as well as a brand new game through its indie label EA Originals by the end of March 2021. This remaster is undeniably Mass Effect.
The Mass Effect N7 Day panel, which will feature the cast of the original Mass Effect games as well as a couple of BioWare developers, is scheduled today.
Rumors of a remaster spread when the book appeared for pre-order in July Art of the Mass Effect Trilogy: Expanded Edition . Released February 23, 2021, this new book features hundreds of never-before-seen artworks, according to its listing on Amazon and elsewhere.

As for the new Mass Effect game, there are still very few details about the project.
It is only known that a “team of veterans” is working on the project. So far, specific names have not been named, so it is difficult to say who exactly they are talking about.
A little later the team confirmed information about the new part and published the first art. There isn't even an estimated release date yet.
