Apex Legends Season 2: All Information
Respawn Entertainment has finally revealed their plans for Apex Legends Season 2 at their EA Play presentation, revealing the details of the new Wattson Legend and information about the next battle pass.
It's no secret that the launch of the first season left many players underwhelmed: the skins look faded, there are no new game modes, no map changes and no new weapons.
In the months leading up to the start of Season XNUMX, there was a palpable sense of impatience in the community, and new weapons such as the L-Star and the new Legend Wattson, didn't help curb fans' appetite for more content.
The tenth Apex Legend will be Wattson.
What's new in Apex Legends Season 2?
New Legend: Wattson
Wattson is the second new Legend added to Apex Legends since its launch, and she comes with a unique skill set. Her traps will electrocute enemies within its radius.

It is said that Father Wattson created the Arena itself, and therefore it is friends with all existing legends.
New Weapon: L-Star SMG
L-Star was actually an LMG in the Titanfall series, but an SMG variant is being added for the second season of Apex Legends. This weapon has been previously released by dataminers, even showing off some of its legendary skins.
L-Star will only be in care packages. Some will be disappointed that a new weapon hasn't made it into the regular loot pool, but finding the L-Star sounds like it would be a deadly addition to your gear.
L-Star has finally been officially revealed after months of leaks.
New ranked mode
A ranked mode has been confirmed where players will be ranked through six levels. The start will start from "bronze" to "Apex Predator".

Throughout the season, players will be given rewards for where they place in the new ranked mode, with a final reward given out at the end of Season XNUMX based on your last placement.
The new skin Caustic will appear in the second season.
Season 2 Battle Pass
The new Battle Pass is now "challenge-based", which means "reaching level 100 is possible much faster than in the first season."
Stat trackers are also being removed from the Battle Pass pool and three new content types have been added in their place, although there are no details on what these new content types will be. Respawn has also confirmed that there will be many more skins.
When does Apex Legends Season 2 start?
The second season of Apex Legends, Combat Energy, will launch on July 2, 2019.
