The trailer features people battling hordes of smart and organized zombies throughout Las Vegas, including in casinos and on the street. It then ends with a shot of a white zombie tiger, showing that even animals can become infected in the film.
"It's a full blown heist and zombie movie, so it's a great genre," Snyder said of " armies of the dead" in January. "So you expect pure zombie mayhem and you get it 100 percent." However, he also noted, "People will be surprised that there's a lot of warmth and real emotion in these great characters."
Snyder also explained that the zombie plague in the movie "comes from Area 51 - that's the first scene of the movie - and then the whole cast shows up in the animated series, along with Christian Slater as the bad guy. dive where this zombie-like plague came from."
