Diablo 25 season 3 bug allows you to close 45 portals in 150 seconds in solo

A solo Chinese player cleared a 150 portal in 36 seconds with an incomplete set of Deadlands Gears, and several groups with DH cleared a GR 150 in 27 seconds all with Paragon 2K+. Most of these events took place on December 14, 2021.

The bug seems to be related to network latency, when network latency is very high (red bar), the DH hunger arrow can stack the player's damage to very very high. Then they can deal massive damage with another skill.
Right now people are trying to jam the network to push themselves up the leaderboard and this is degrading the server env.
