Baldur's Gate 3 Is Coming With A Slight Delay
We'll have to wait a bit for Baldur's Gate 3, but we have a feeling it's worth it!
We have good news and bad news. The good news is that Larian Studios will soon feature some exciting revelations about Baldur's Gate 3! Bad news? The game will not be ready for the initial launch in August 2020 as originally planned.
COVID-19 dominated 2020 and forced many industries, including gaming, to modernize, refocus and even delay important projects. While the team did not cite the pandemic as the reason for the delay, in the global state, fans were expecting a pullback to occur.
Good news and bad news. BG3 won't hit August, but it's just around the corner. We'll be announcing the release date, as well as big news on the Panel From Hell alongside @geoffkeighley, @LarAtLarian and the Larian crew. Tune in Aug 18th. https://t.co/mz5Nsx5YaR pic.twitter.com/cyUPwztb6p
