Walkthrough God of War: Ragnarok 100%. Runaway (The Runaway) is the third quest Ways, which represents the main storyline of Ragnarok. I will answer everything!

You take control of Atreus, who ended up in Midgard after a quarrel with his father. You will immediately face the first opponents, it is best to keep your distance.

Immediately after the tree falls, you will have to face White. Key points you need to remember:

attack with standard arrows, since runic arrows can be deflected;
interrupt blue attacks by attacking with a bow (2xL1 after approaching a monster);
dodge White's ranged attacks;
once White is finished, finish off the Wisps with special arrows.

Explore Freya's abandoned house.

Along the way, you will encounter more standard opponents and you will have to go through a narrow edge. You will reach the Shrine of the Grove.

Approach Chaurly, a huge creature blocking access to Freya's house. Start by inspecting the shutter. After receiving the task of starting a fire, check your journal.

Follow Odin's raven

You will enter Asgard and begin exploring the Plains of Ida. Follow the only path and you will reach Hrimtur's Wall.

During your hike, you will encounter small groups of monsters - they are safer to attack from a distance, and you can use Atreus' special attacks. There will also be more lights - stun them with special arrows, and then rely on standard attacks.

A hedge will block your path - to open it, you need to solve a simple puzzle. Light the sigil arrows and place the seals next to each other, starting from the fire and ending with the bushes. Properly placed seals will bind and carry the fire into the bushes, opening the way forward.

Continue your hike - soon you will meet Skjold.

Climb the wall

You now have a long climb to the top of Hrimtur's Wall. While climbing, use the camera and find areas that Atreus can jump into (press X).

On one of the ledges you will meet White and some Wisps. Remember to use the correct types of arrows (regular ones to weaken White, and special ones to stun and destroy the wisps). Due to the small size of the arena, consider using bow attacks to weaken White.

After the area is cleared, hit the green object with the sonic arrow - this will lower the chain. Take it and keep climbing

Now Atreus must enter the caves and continue destroying the wisps. Moreover, you need to destroy the encountered totems as quickly as possible - any attack will do.

You will reach a place with a hanging load (there are 2 of them), and your task is to destroy 2 hooks that hold this load. The first hook is easy to find. The second one becomes visible when you are on the ledge on the left (screenshot above). You will need to use sound arrows for this purpose.

Stand next to the first weight and interact with the rope and Atreus will rise up. There will be a little fight here.

The final part of the climb consists of jumping onto ledges and moving sideways. Once you reach the top, you will face Heimdall.

Follow Heimdall and meet Odin

The moving platform will take you to Gladsheim. Jump on the back of the beast that Heimdall rides.

You will reach the Grand Lodge, where you will have to prove your skills in battle. Dodge often so that enemies don't have a chance to inflict Bifrost status on you. Use everything you have - a bow, melee attacks and special skills.

Now you need to fight Heimdall, but this is not a full boss encounter. You cannot hit Heimdall as he knows all your moves ahead of time. You must let yourself get hit and a cutscene will be triggered depicting Odin's arrival.

Watch Odin in his working day

Together with Odin, you will visit different places and eventually return to the Grand Lodge. Atreus will be given a room.

Look in the closet, there is new equipment:

Aesir Uniform is a cosmetic item and a new outfit for Atreus;
Bow of the Aesir - Reduces ability recharge time, must be crafted;
An item that improves rune reloading.

The cabinet also serves as a crafting interface, allowing you to upgrade weapons and buy consumables. You can consider it as an alternative to gnome shops.
