As disgusting as it sounds, this is the nature of the game (which, oddly enough, given the circumstances, also includes the Coronavirus). Well, that aside, the game is very similar to Plague Inc, but it affects more individual cases than the entire population.
This got me very interested as each case can be unique depending on the features you develop and the doctors you encounter (and how well they do). So, if you're up for the challenge, then you'll definitely have to play Bio Inc. Nemesis!

Campaign Mode Progress First
The first thing you should do is pay attention to the levels of the campaign mode and try to advance in them as much as possible. This is because you have to collect all the drops when playing the stages. These drops are anything from Gold to Sage and other items.
To check the items you can get from the Campaign level just go to the Campaigns tab and there you will be able to see when you click on another level the available drops.
To check if your doctors are good enough to complete the levels, you can check the strength of the enemy in each stage when you click on them. This number is located at the very top right of the screen, at the top of the "Possible Rewards".
The Campaign mode is good to play because all the useful rewards you can use to upgrade your unlicensed doctors and get gold will be good for you in the long run. So progress as much as you can!
How to win with 3 stars?
In order to win with 3 stars on each level, there are a couple of conditions that you must meet. You can only win with 3 stars if you meet both conditions, so let me list them below:
- You need to win within 180 days.
“You must not lose a battle in any system.
They are not difficult, but you have to think very strategically and effectively, so I suggest you do this as thoughtfully as possible. Winning with 3 stars will give you more and better rewards than if you win with only 2 stars, so that's definitely a big added benefit.
Claim your free rewards
The game has two main types of free rewards that you can claim. These rewards are free packs containing various merchandise and unlicensed doctors. The other contains various free items, but only gives doctor shards.
Get Free Medical Kits
This is a field that you can claim once a day, but you will see a timer after you claim it. There it will show you how long you can qualify for the next one, so I advise you to always claim it whenever possible.
In my opinion, you should try to claim it every day, even if you don't plan to play the game on that particular day. Just log in and claim it because it's worth it.
Get extra free stuff
This second option is similar to the Emergency Medical Kit as it is red next to the blue daily kit. Open this daily by watching ads, because it will contain 3 free random items, which may include doctor shards.
You can only do this a couple of times a day, so make sure you do this daily, preferably after you've unlocked the Blue Medical Kit because it can give you shards for your newly acquired Doctors!
Complete daily tasks
There will be several daily tasks that you can only complete once a day. They will be updated every day, but you should really try to complete them daily because the rewards are worth it.
From daily goals, you can claim various things, among which there is a lot of experience to help you level up. I suggest you make them before resetting them because they will be updated daily at 0:00.
View Ad Free Gold
If you're short on a couple of gold, you can always watch ads and claim some extra gold. Gold is used to unlock various first aid kits containing doctors and merchandise, so if you're looking to expand your team of unlicensed doctors, this is the way to go.
To get free gold, all you have to do is open the shop window. There you need to go to the "Gold" tab and the option itself will offer you to watch a short ad and get gold for free.
You can only do this 3 times a day, so make sure you do this if you're playing f2p because it's an easy and completely free way to get premium currency quickly.
During battle, attack the weakest system first
Whenever you are fighting another virus that you want to defeat, you should always try to destroy the weakest system. Keep in mind that all vesicles from one system have been activated, no matter if you or a real team of doctors wanting to cure a patient, this system will collapse.
I suggest that you try to fill as many bubbles as you can, because this will increase your chances of winning, so even if you spend a few points on weaker bubbles, if you have more infected than cured, then you have won this system.
I suggest that you watch the meters and always try to make any movement in such a way that you can get the better of killing patients.
Get more doctors
You will be able to get more doctors by completing various levels in the game, as well as opening medical kits that contain them. In addition to the daily free packs, you can purchase two types of packs from the Store that contain unlicensed doctors.
My advice is to first save 300 gold to buy a chest with 15 doctor shards, because it's not worth spending gold on another chest, since you can get this chest from the daily free reward anyway.
Level of doctors
Doctors can level up to the maximum level of your hospital level. So if you have a level 8 hospital, your doctors can have a maximum level of 8 and so on. This is why leveling up your account (i.e. hospital) is critical, because the more your doctors level up, the stronger they will be.
Since some doctors' abilities are level limited, you may have to upgrade them to a certain level in order to teach them various traits.
Start doctors
Your doctors can be tagged and upgraded when you collect enough shards. They are obtained in the ways that I mentioned above, so try to do this, because it will significantly increase their characteristics.
Teach doctors different skills
You must have noticed the 6 blisters around doctors - well, they're mostly traits of doctors. When you get the required items, you can upgrade this doctor's bubble. This will give the doctor a certain stat boost, which comes in handy depending on the team you're healers against and your patience.
Once you have taught the doctors all 6 bubbles, you can move on to the next level! So first make sure you do this for your strongest doctors if you don't have all the drugs for all the doctors yet.
