Black Desert Shows New And Updated Character Classes

You've probably heard that Pearl Abyss is planning a complete reboot (remake) of most of the existing characters. According to the Koreans (but also the players themselves), some classes have become ugly "old" and need a refresh in order to compete - on equal terms - with newer heroes.

The last post was about this issue (" we were still looking to the future without paying much attention to the current content ”), along with the publication of new versions of Warrior and Ranger. Two characters that have been present in Black Desert from the very beginning, from the day of the official premiere.

The main purpose of the class reload is to research skill damage, attack range, accuracy, etc. for each of them and tweak characters to make sure they are up to par in performance compared to newer classes. We have drastically overhauled some underused skills by adding/changing a few variables to improve their performance. We also simplify some skills by combining them.

The new restarted classes will be released (simultaneously) at the end of October. However, the date may change, so don't make any promises just yet.
