PlayStation 4 and PC players have been enjoying the new Fall Guys obstacle course battle royale game since early August 2020. Since the game is only available on two platforms, many are wondering when or even if the game will come to other systems. Here's what we know.
Fall Guys started out as just another indie game. The game received notable praise at E3 2019, but it didn't really reach stellar levels until the 2020 beta and, of course, its subsequent release. Since then, it has been constantly talked about, and everyone praises the game for its originality.
That being said, Battle Royale is currently stuck on two platforms, PS4 and PC, with little to no mention of the game coming to other devices. We've got some information we know, so we've put together everything you need to know about Fall Guys playable on Xbox One, mobile, and more.
Is the game confirmed for other platforms?
As of August 17, developer Mediatonic has not officially confirmed if the game will be released on any other platforms. The developer previously revealed that they were only focusing on PS4 and PC at launch. However, not all hope is lost.
The developers recently posted on their support page that it is open to suggestions on which platforms it should bring the game to next. While it wasn't explicitly stated, it looks like if there's a demand for a game on a particular platform, they will most likely ship it there.
Fall Guys are planning to add it to IOS & Android, based on some placeholders they have.

How far is Fall Guys from Xbox One, mobile devices, Switch, etc.?
Considering the fact that the developers have only recently commented on the proposal of the game for other platforms, this would presumably mean that the development of these ports has hardly begun.
That being said, code was recently discovered in the game that points to a possible mobile release, so it's possible that work on a mobile version is already underway.
At the same time, the mention, apparently, was very insignificant, so now the above should be taken only as an assumption.
