Will there be a map of London in CoD Vanguard Zombie Mode? New teaser sparks rumors
London has long been a place where fans of Call of Duty's zombie mode have wanted to take on the masses of the undead, so could the legendary map make its way to Vanguard?
The zombie saga has been getting stronger and stronger since 2008's World At War introduced the secret game mode to the world.
Reinventing the notion of survival horror, players are still immersed in the mysterious storyline that Treyarch created. Vanguard will see the Cold War Dark Aether story continue in a blood-soaked new entry known as Der Anfang.
However, it looks like Treyarch may be heading to the UK capital to wreak havoc on the zombies.
Panic in the streets of London
There is very little time left before the November release of Call of Duty: Vanguard. First, Treyarch continues to develop the Zombies game mode in another part where they are not key developers. For all their desire to revive the Dark Aether again, there are an infinite number of possibilities as to where to go next.
We may not have to wait too long to get a glimpse of Treyarch's plans as scare marketing has begun to emerge in London. The phrase "Good Hunt" depicting the undead in a glorious bloody manner greets passers-by as an inducement to dive into this exciting chapter.
The possibility of a London map is also not out of the question, following rumors that the Call of Duty: World War 2 Docks map is due to return to Vanguard with some updated polishes. Could Treyarch support this with their appalling marketing? And quite possibly, after all, this isn't the first time we've seen zombie maps being created from existing locations.
The Forsaken map was modified from the Cold War campaign, using military complex assets as the backdrop for the end of the Cold War zombie story.
Only time will tell if London needs a few noble heroes to wipe out the undead.
