Call of Duty: Warzone - Best Landing Spots in Verdansk

screen

Battle Royale's newest Call of Duty game - Warzone - is finally here, and while some players will take a while to find their favorite landing spots, we've already rounded up some of the best landing spots in Verdansk.

Activision's latest leap into the Battle Royale market came on March 10, after Infinity Ward marked him as "classified" since the start of season 2. Now that we know what it is and players can jump right into the action, many may be wondering where they need to fall in order to play better.

After all, the new map is quite different from the Call of Duty: Blackout map that was included in Black Ops 4. While most of the community will be checking the map location by location carefully, there is no doubt that there are places that are better than others. With this guide, we hope you'll be better prepared on where to start and what to expect when you get there.

Before that though, let's check out the full map so you know what we're looking at.

Call of Duty: The Best Landing Spots in Warzone

Verdansk International Airport

Let's start with one of, if not most a big attraction on the map of Warzone - the airport in the west of Verdansk.

It's a huge piece of land and provides players with the best of both worlds. There are great looting spots here, places to hide and camp them, and some more popular spots where you can start a firefight right away.

There are many other places near the hotel such as Airport Maintenance, Airport Maintenance, Torsk Bloc, Atlas Superstore, Storage Town and more.

If there are a lot of people in the game who want to land at Verdansk International Airport, as it's an admittedly popular landing spot, you always have the option to start with the structures close to the airport rather than going there directly.

Fly to either the locations just mentioned or head to the bunkers or maybe even the control tower where things can be a little less packed.

Zordaya Prison Complex

If you are looking for something smaller than the size of an airport, the Zordaya Prison Complex is a great fit for Area 5E.

It may seem like a castle rather than a prison in the distance, especially for first time jumpers here, but starting a game on top of one of the towers here can be very convenient. They are littered with loot and each has a different ladder, meaning you don't need to take fall damage to get down and explore the other parts.

Here you can find several different vehicles - from options on the road to a helicopter - as well as Buy Stations (this can be seen from the shopping icons on the map above). This place may be at the very bottom of the map, on the southeast side, but there is enough loot and access to vehicles so you can start working and be ready for when the circle starts to close.

Arkle's Peak Military Base

Whether you're the kind of player who wants to fight at short or long range, Arkle Peak military base is worth checking out. As fans already know, this location is a continuation of the Arklov's Peak map from Multiplayer.

Here you will find that a number of players will also play with you, as this is a very popular destination, so watch your back. However, while on the side of a mountain, there is scope for some really good sniping play, and not just the fast action of a shotgun and submachine gun.

Since it's on its own in an occupation area, there isn't much going on nearby, which means your best tactic here would be to put your boots on the ground, pick up loot, and engage in firefights almost immediately. Walking out of a military base in good shape will definitely put you in a good mood, but easier said than done.

Stadium Verdansk

Many players are already jumping here as it is closer to the middle of the map and therefore part of many flight paths, but the stadium is definitely the place players should be looking to gear up. It's a challenge.

There are many different places of interest in and around the stadium, all of which can be found in the list below. This means that not only is there a ton of loot, but also plenty of places to explore.

  • ➤East Gate and Plaza C
  • ➤Fire Station 20
  • ➤Fumigation warehouse
  • ➤Great Bridge
  • ➤Low Forest
  • ➤Military checkpoint
  • ➤Triage Military Center
  • ➤North Gate and Plaza A
  • ➤Flyover Parking Plaza B
  • ➤Parking and Plaza D
  • ➤Parking Plaza C
  • ➤Plaza B and Park
  • ➤South Gate
  • ➤Verdansk Centre: Acropolis National Arena
  • ➤West and media gates

The stadium alone has five ready-to-use vehicles and five buy stations. This means that if you want to spend your hard-earned cash in the game, you won't have any problems after looting right there.

Verdansk Railway Station

Verdansk Train Station is the fifth and final attraction we recommend you try. Why? Well, because there's a lot going on.

Like many of the destinations included in the Eclipse map, the train station includes many larger buildings, which means it has room for some really good firefights in the buildings and of course, the result is a canopy of weapons and items on the ground . also.

In terms of what other features can be found here, let's take a look.

train station

With two cars ready to run, as well as three buy stations and loads of money on the floor to collect, the Train Station is well worth a shot in Call of Duty: Warzone. This is not the most popular place, so you should have a real opportunity to get down to earth, find what you need and prepare for the upcoming game.

Encouraging mentions of other boarding spots to try include the Superstore, Lumber, and Gorengard Lumber Yard, but the train station brings our list to a close.

It's worth pointing out that while the game is very fresh, you shouldn't limit yourself to the points that are forced on you. Most destinations are worth exploring in order to try - even something more obscure may work better for you than for popular destinations.

So, here it is! These are the best landing spots we've found so far in Call of Duty: Warzone. Have you found better places? Let us know!
