Conan Exiles is an open-world fantasy game about the legendary Cimmerian. The game includes not only a single passage, but also multiplayer. You can probably say that the premiere of "The Age of Witchcraft" was a great success.
A free revolutionary game update (featuring a complete update of perks and character attributes, an update to the Companion system, an update to the building system, a creative mode, fast travel through the game world, a transmog system, and the removal of paid DLCs and replacing them with a cosmetic item store and a battle pass) resulted in that the virtual world of Conan the Barbarian was flooded with crowds of players.
Just yesterday in the steam/PC version of Conan Exiles there were 41 concurrently enrolled people at the peak (three times more than regular daily CCUs).
The last time we saw such numbers… was in May 2018, and even earlier in February 2017.
A similar trend extends to the console versions of Conan Exiles, although in this case we do not have access to exact numbers. However, people are reporting a whole bunch of new or returning people.
Conan Exiles is currently in 70% promotion. A standard copy costs only 7 bucks.
