CS GO: What you need to know about the economy?

guide

So, what is the economic system of CS: GO based on? Let's look at all the components and figure out how to get an advantage with their help.

guide

1. Reward for killing

It's no secret that different murder weapons bring in different amounts of money. These numbers range from $100 for an AWP kill, to $900 for a shotgun, and even $1500 if you manage to finish off your opponent with a knife. Reward multipliers for each weapon are listed in the buy menu. After winning the pistol round, do not rush to buy your favorite gun. Opponents will be forced to play with a very budgetary purchase, or even without it. This means that you can earn some good money on kills by buying one of the inexpensive farm guns like the UMP-45 or MP7, and strengthen the economy of your team for a couple of rounds ahead.

2. Planting and disarming the bomb

The personal reward for both planting and disarming the bomb is $300. It does not look like the most significant compensation, but with a serious approach to planning a round, even such a nuance as the choice of a player to plant a bomb can matter.

3. Compensation for a lost round

Losing in one round will bring you $1400. With each subsequent loss in a row, this amount will increase by $500. After five rounds lost in a row, compensation stops growing and amounts to $3400. Terrorists on defeat will also receive an additional $800 if they manage to plant the bomb.

To save or not to save, that is the question. To answer it, it is enough to estimate profits and losses. If the cost of your equipment significantly exceeds the upcoming loss compensation, and the chances of winning the round are buried somewhere under the bodies of fallen allies, then trying to hide in the most secluded corner of the map and wait for the end of the round, lovingly clutching your AWP, will be a very good decision. .

You should be very careful about the save of the terrorist team, because staying alive in a lost round, the player of the attack team receives $0 compensation. In this situation, the terrorist risks dying in seconds after the loss of his team is counted, losing both the device and compensation for the defeat.

4. Reward for winning a round

So we got to the most pleasant - to victories. Each player of the team that won the round gets $3250 and a cheat report :)). Well, if suddenly this victory happened due to an explosion or defuse of a bomb, then the reward grows to $3500.

Now that we have finally figured out how to earn money, it's time to talk about spending. Of course, let's start with the most important thing - for killing an ally, you will have to pay as much as $ 300 from your pocket.

Buying gadgets, grenades and armor is even more expensive, and therefore you often have to deal with the need for economic rounds.

However, much more interesting are the situations in which the so-called “force” round is played. Force is a rather risky undertaking, because in case of failure, such a round spoils the economy of the team that played it. But the thorny path to victory is not without risk, which means there will be force.

In fact, any round with an uncomfortable buy is considered a force round. Didn't have enough money for a Colt or AK and had to buy a PP? Did you drop an AWP to your teammate and stay running with a deagle? Yes, yes, that's just it. So when is it necessary and possible to force?

1) Your team just lost the pistol round.

The nearest full buy shines for you only after two or even three rounds. Buying to the maximum now, there is a chance to break the enemy's economy, which has not yet had time to gain a foothold.

2) The opposing full-buy team wins two rounds in a row, but at the end of both rounds one player, or even no player, is left alive.

Compensation for the defeat of your team is most likely not enough to fully stock up, however, seeing that for two rounds in a row the opponents spend more money than they receive, which means they have an unstable economy, you can try to play a force round and turn the game in your favor.

3) The allies do not have enough money to buy weapons, and you have several thousand in reserve.

In this case, you should at least drop pistols to your team. This will significantly increase your chances of winning the current round and allow your teammates to save some money for the next one.

Since rounds of this type are different from the usual ones, they should be played outside the box. When playing force for defense, you should not just occupy the usual points and sit in your places waiting for the enemy. A quick and unexpected exit to meet enemies will be much more effective.

When playing as an attack, it is worth trying to go to a place on the map where there will most likely be only one enemy. Shot him? Fine! Then win back from this minus. Another good strategy for any of the teams is to go to one of the bombsites with five people and try to make the frag first. If successful, your chances of winning the round increase dramatically.
