In Cyberpunk 2077 you will meet a wide variety of characters. Some of them have an open heart and a desire to romance your character. V may try to win the heart of his loved one, but first he needs to think about a few things. Do the characters have a specific sexual orientation?
Yes, each of the characters created for romance has a certain sexual orientation. This cannot be changed. If, for example, you're playing as a straight man and you're dating a gay woman, the romance option won't be available. As far as we know, there will be bisexual characters in the game who will be open to flirting, regardless of the character's gender.
Your character can also have a certain sexual orientation - you can freely choose it.
Why can't I have an affair with him/her?
If you are unable to date the selected character, there are two options:
- he/she is not a character made for romance;
- he/she has a sexual orientation that cannot be appeased.

Is there a brothel in Cyberpunk 2077?
Yes. The game gives you the opportunity to use the services of prostitutes. This is not affected by your gender or reputation. In such situations, only the size of your wallet matters.
Does gender reassignment affect romance?

List of NPCs You Can Have Sex With
Important! When interacting with characters with whom you want to have a romance, always support them, show signs of attention when possible, and flirt. Such opportunities will periodically appear as part of joint assignments.
Prostitutes
The easiest way to sleep with someone is to pay a prostitute. There are two options: a woman and a man. They are located on Chpok Street and are even marked with a special icon on the map.
This service costs only 100 eurodollars. After paying, V will go to a secluded place and a cut-scene will start.
Judy
With whom a romance is possible: a woman.
If you want something more, then you can have an affair with Judy. It’s worth saying right away that she is gay, so relationships are available only to the main character, a woman.
It is impossible to miss a meeting with her - this happens according to the plot, but in the future you will have to make efforts to win her heart. After the events with the biochip take place, V will need to find Evelyn as part of the main quest.
But everything that happens next is already third-party activities. If you want to continue communication, then do not ignore them. Agree to help Judy with the Cloud Club and complete the quest chain. In the end, you will have the opportunity to sleep with her. In addition, after a joint night, it will be possible to continue the relationship or say that it was just one time. If you decide to continue the relationship, it will affect the ending.
Panama
With whom a romance is possible: a man.
The nomad Panam will only be tempted by the man V. As with Judy, getting to know her is impossible to miss. After completing the main storyline quests that are related to Panam, she will call Vee and ask for help. Do not ignore her requests and you will eventually succeed. Unfortunately, it is impossible to build a long-term relationship with her.
However, the side quests with Panam should not be skipped by any character if you want to see all the endings.
River Ward
With whom a romance is possible: a woman.
Unlike previous characters, River Ward does not appear in the main story. You may miss meeting him. Please note that only a woman can have an affair with him.
You will meet Ward if you agree to investigate the murder of the mayor, which is given out by the Perales spouses (quest "Guardians of disorder"). The quest chain with Ward is very interesting in itself, so we do not recommend skipping them in any case. Eventually you will be given the choice to sleep with him or not. Moreover, the relationship can be continued, which can affect the ending.
Meredith Stout
With whom an affair is possible: a corporate man.
Meeting Meredith Stout is easy to miss. When you go to pick up a spider drone for Dexter Deshawn, he will give her contacts. Call her before completing the mission and take the money chip from her.
In a conversation with Royce, use the chip and infect the Maelstrom system with a virus. After the successful completion of the operation, she will drop you a message (you need to answer) and invite you to the motel. Come to the address.
Alt Cunningham
Actually, you don’t need to do anything, the scene will be available in one of Johnny Silverhand’s flashbacks.
Beast
