Trophies in Cyberpunk 2077 can be divided into the following categories: Story, Ending, Certain Side Quests, Miscellaneous/Combat, Collectibles, Side Activities. You will need almost 100% completion. Everything can be done on easy difficulty. There are no difficulty related trophies. It doesn't matter which starting life path you choose, so do what you enjoy. Your choices throughout the game also do not affect the ending, everything is decided by dialogue in the final mission. After the story, you will be at the point of no return (before the last mission) and can continue with any side actions you have left. The last mission can be repeated as many times as you like to get all the endings. Some trophies can get very rough if you don't focus on them from the start.

Step 1. Complete the storyline (on any difficulty)

First of all, you should focus on the story. The reason is that all activities in the open world will be automatically marked on your map after completing the story, and several side storylines are hidden behind the progression of the story. After the story, all side content will be available to you. Of course, you can already start working on side tasks when they become available.

It doesn't matter which starting life path you choose (Nomad, Streetkid, Corpo). They only have a different Prologue and a few different dialogue options, but they all follow the same story path. Your choice of story also doesn't matter for the ending. After the story, you will return before the last mission so you can replay it for different endings. The endings are chosen during the dialogue in the final mission "Nocturne Op55N1", which decides which epilogue you get. Your choices in the rest of the story do not affect the ending. So don't worry, you can't choose anything bad. Each life path also has a few unique side quests, but they don't matter for trophies. In addition, all trophies can be obtained on easy difficulty.

The only thing to worry about is a few different trophies. You should be working on this from the very beginning - for further reading, check out their details in the trophy guide:

Just remember to spend your money and attribute/skill points on the above trophies first. Also keep in mind that enemies tied to certain side quests will leave once the quest is completed. So the more actions you perform, the fewer enemies will remain in the world. However, for anything not listed above, you can easily farm kills against the police (they count as enemies too and respawn endlessly in the open world).

For your first ending, it doesn't matter what you do. After the story, it will bring you back before the last mission and you can replay it for other endings.

Step 2: All 4 Story Ending Trophies

When finished, press :X: to take you back to the point of no return (this puts you in front of the last mission). You can then replay the last mission again to move on to another ending. There are 4 silver trophies tied to different endings:  trophy

The ending you get depends entirely on one set of dialogues in the Nocturne Op55N1 mission. Misty (the girl from Ripperdock) will take you to the balcony. Here you will talk to Johnny Silverhand and this is the only choice that decides the ending. The choice of your story leading up to this point is completely irrelevant.

Step 3: Collectibles (Fast Travel Terminals, Tarot Cards, Cyberpsychological Observations)

After completing the story, you can quickly pick up collectibles that you haven't received yet. At this stage, you should choose:

Step 4: Miscellaneous Trophies, Remaining Battle Trophies

If you still have various battle trophies left (or any of the trophies mentioned in step 1), start working on them now. You can combine them with the side actions in step 5. For example, if you have 100 melee kills left, you'll only want to make melee kills for a while. So just go through your trophy list and plan those different trophies in step 5.

  • The World - Complete the main storyline.

  • Never Fade Away / Cyberpunk Forever - Get all prizes. (PLATINUM)

Step 5: Trophy Side Quests

To get platinum in Cyberpunk 2077, you need almost 100% completion. Just a side quest is not required. Here's an overview of all the side content you'll need.
