We're looking at the Komodo-4FR Linear Fusion Rifle, which is one of the new Legendary weapons in Destiny 2: Shadowkeep that can be obtained this season. Dawn! You will need to complete a small quest to get this brand new power rifle.
Ritual Weapons have replaced the old Pointed Weapons that were popular with collectors. This new weapon will no longer have special perks and will instead have a Curated Roll.

When my ghost awakened me, it was incredible. Now, when I first set foot on the sacred Rusted Ground, I am overwhelmed with a sense of pride. I am here and I will leave my mark.
The round begins, and the enemy rushes at us in a frontal attack. And I… panic. I'm running, looking for a place to hide. I watch from a safe distance as my fellow Guardians fall one by one. Perhaps it was too early for me to go to the Furnace. But my cowardice pays off: I see how the enemy is regrouping. I raise my rifle. Here it is, my chance.
There are steps behind me. I turn around and notice only the flash of a triple solar charge fired at me point-blank.
“Your battle has just begun, Guardian. Get back in line!" Lord Shaxx's voice booms.
I won't let them down next time.
