Destiny 2 - Stasis Titan: Behemoth in Beyond Light

V Destiny 2 there aren't many battles where a titan can't decide - or at least bring it closer - by hitting his opponent in the face in one fell swoop. In November with the release ofBeyond the Light» Guardians who prefer to play as the Titan class will discover a new set of Stasis powers that will allow them to command the elements generated by Darkness. And yes, it will not do without fists. But that's not all.
As we wrote in previous article series, each subclass of Stasis will be the embodiment of one of the sides of this power. Warlocks - Shadowcasters focus on freezing enemies, while Revenant Hunters specialize in slowing down the enemy (more on them next week). Titans - Behemoths use Stasis as a means of creation и destruction.
When designing the Behemoth subclass, Bungie focused on the ability to use Stasis to create crystals that can change the course of battle by transforming the ground beneath their feet. Who controls the battlefield controls the course of the battle. Thus, the Behemoth can use Stasis' abilities both for defense - for example, to erect crystal walls that protect against opponents and enemy fire, and for offense, freezing targets with crystals.
The new Titan subclass has a powerful melee attack called Quake Strike. Thanks to the explosion of Stasis under his feet, the Behemoth jumps at the enemy with incredible speed. While airborne, the Titan summons a stasis gauntlet that completely covers its fist, then unleashes it on an enemy, knocking the target down and slowing nearby foes.
The Behemoth's Ultimate Glacier Quake also begins by forming a powerful gauntlet. Shaking the ground with its mighty fist, the titan unleashes shockwaves that form Stasis crystals that freeze enemies nearby. With Stasis Crystal Armor, the Titan temporarily transforms into an unstoppable killing machine and can jump higher, faster and farther, and its melee attack is enhanced.
Think of frozen opponents as skittles, then the new Titan subclass transforms into a bowling ball for the duration of Glacier Quake Super, capable of crushing enemies into shards by crashing into them while running or sliding. A violent storm in the crowd of villains, smashing them to pieces, is somewhat reminiscent of a strike - a great strategy, but it has one subtlety that you can always use if you wish. For example, replacing a slide with a Stasis-charged jump to soar into the air and at the right moment send the Beast down at the enemy in a devastating dive. So, if you really want, no one will stop you from punching the enemy in the teeth, but know that Stasis gives you much more opportunities.
