The fire element is incredibly useful if you're going up against an enemy that likes to heal. When the weapon is fully charged, your next attack will ignite it, dealing burn damage over a short period of time. It will also reduce their healing by 50%. You can also use firearms to burn down the trimmings you find around the world to get items.

physical element

When a Physical Weapon is fully charged, it will deal extra damage with its next attack and cause the target to receive a heavy debuff for a short period of time. When an enemy is under the effect, it will take additional damage. This element is great for fighting tank enemies.

ice element

When the weapon is fully charged, it will freeze the target for a certain period of time. When the freeze is broken, it deals additional damage. It will also give the enemy a frostbitten debuff for a long time. When frostbitten, the charge speed of the opponent's weapons is significantly reduced. Ice weapons will be extremely useful in PvP, where you will face other players who will try to charge their weapons and use them against you.

electrical element

When the Lightning Weapon is fully charged, your next attack will paralyze the target for a short time and then electrify them. This will negate any buffs the enemy may have and deal additional damage. Once electrified, the enemy cannot receive any buffs for a certain period of time. This element is fantastic and versatile, as you can completely take away buffs from an opponent for a few seconds and leave them vulnerable to your attacks.
