Elf, Grab-Sack, Loom is the 28th main quest in Hogwarts Legacy. This walkthrough will guide you through all the tasks of the Elf, Grab-Sack, Loom Main Mission.

Demand: complete "Hurtcote's helmet". Level 15

Job Information: In the help room, Deek showed me a grab bag that I can use to carry magical beasts. Then we went to the Highlands and rescued a Pygmy Fluffy, a Chatterbox, and a Mooncalf. It was dangerous, as poachers were active in the area. When I returned to the Room, she provided me with a vivarium where I can keep my rescued animals. I also learned that beasts yield magical materials if properly cared for. After that, Deek gave me an enchanted loom spell that I can use to enhance my clothes with magical materials. He said that many other beasts would yield even rarer materials. I am glad that there is a place where I can bring animals to protect them from poachers.

Starting Location: Elf, Grab Bag, Loom

We've obtained Lodgok's helmet, but now we must return to the rescue room to learn more about caring for magical beasts.

Talk to Deek

Teleport to the rescue room in the secret rooms section of the castle and talk to Deek.

Let Deek know when you're ready to leave.

Talk to Deek again if you're ready to leave.

Follow Deek to get to the pygmy furry habitat. He will also explain how the grab bag works.

First press , and then assign your grip bag to your spell pool, ideally along with other beast items. Then walk up to the Pygmy Fluffy and make sure its silhouette is selected. Then click R2 and the button you assigned to the grab bag to start the rescue. During the rescue, press the hint button to complete it.

Talk to Deek

Now return to Deek and talk to him. Next, chatters.

Meet with Deek near the Chatterbox Habitat

Fly to the next quest marker and talk to Deek.

Save the Talker

Continue to the next quest marker and use Levioso to slow down the Chatterer. then use the grab bag to save him. Perform a QTE to complete the rescue.

Talk to Deek

Now return to Deek and talk to him. Next, the lunar bodies. Fly to the next quest marker and talk to Deek.

Save the calf

Lunar bodies only appear at night, so open the map and click R2to move the time forward. If the moon calf is running away, you can use Accio on it to pull it closer to you.

Return to help-room

Time to return to the Room. So, open the map and teleport to Hogwarts Castle > Secret Rooms > Help-room. Rutab.net

Meet Deek inside the new creation

Pass through the gates of the vivarium when you are ready.

Release the rescued animals into the vivarium

Click R1to open the beast management menu and select a beast from the inventory to add. Select the three animals you rescued to trigger a cutscene that will release them into the vivarium.

Gather the Chatterer Feather

Search the vivarium for the Chatterbird (white dots on the minimap) and once its body is highlighted, feed and clean it to collect a feather.

Collect Pygmy Fluffy Fur

Look for the Pygmy Fluffy inside the Vivarium (white dots on the mini-map) and once its body is highlighted, feed and brush it to collect some of its fur.

Collect Lunar Calf Fur

Find the Lunar Calf in the Vivarium (white dots on the minimap) and once its body is highlighted, feed and clean it to collect some of its fur.

Talk to Deek

After collecting all three materials, return to Deek to talk to him.

Exit the vivarium

Now exit the Vivarium and return to the rescue room.

Create an enchanted loom

Here, select an empty wall and summon an enchanted loom. Click , and then assign the calling spell to the slot. Then hold R2/RT and the designated slot to open the Incantation inventory. From here, hover over the Utilities menu (wrench icon) and select the Enchanted Loom (worth 8 moonstones) to summon it. Install it the way you like, then / to confirm the spell.

Add a characteristic to a garment

Now approach the enchanted loom and press / to open the inventory of the enchanted loom. Traits allow equipment to add or improve a secondary stat. A few small upgrades can give you a significant boost in combat power. New beasts can be saved in the Beast Lair or unlocked through quests. New stat recipes can be collected from Bandit Camps. In the inventory, the pieces of gear with azure trim are the ones you currently have equipped. Hover your mouse over any piece of equipment you want to upgrade and click :triangle: to view the stats. From here select any stat and then hold to weave it. It also unlocks There is no limit to perfection.
