What happened to Elyon? Here is the latest announcement from Kakao Games, which will explain the exact situation in the game and announce the opening of a new European server.
Over the past few days after the premiere of Elyon, there have been some upheavals. We wanted to share that our main goal at the moment is to stabilize the service and make sure that everyone who wants to play can do it. We apologize for the disruption to the gameplay and try to make everything work as quickly as possible.
Solving the problem of server delay in the EU
We are taking some steps to fix server latency and queuing issues. The first was disabling local quests, which seems to have improved the situation. To expand on this even further, we will also disable RvR until at least maintenance on Wednesday the 27th. Scheduled RvRs will be considered equal and rewards will be distributed accordingly.
Unfortunately, the RvR launch system notification cannot be disabled. Ignore this message until further notice.
Opening a new server in the EU
Our next step is to open a third EU server called Perseus. To reduce queues on EU servers, we are temporarily disabling character creation on Andromeda and Sagittarius.
In short:
