Far Cry 6 May Bring Back Iconic Villain Vaas From Far Cry 3

We've had a few notable leaks in recent months regarding the next step for the Far Cry universe, and it looks like Far Cry 3 villain Vaas is making a comeback.
Vaas was an iconic villain in Far Cry 3, a character that is still heavily referenced in pop culture today. He played the villain so well thanks in no small part to the incredible voice acting of actor Michael Mando. Mando told a recent Reddit AMAis a popular subreddit that contains interviews between hosts and other users who ask hosts questions online. The Reddit AMA includes celebrity guests as well as ordinary people with exciting or unique stories to share.) in what looks suspiciously like confirmation of his return in Far Cry 6.
He responded to a fan who asked what Vaas means to you. The actor replied, “Thank you very much! Vaas is my spirit beast. Co-creating this character is something that will always be dear to me. I am still known as Vaas and I still feel an outpouring of love for this character. — and that makes me very happy. Who knows...maybe I'll play the part again very soon? Thanks for watching xo. "
Until recently, Mando has been busy with Better Call Saul and Orphan Black, but it seems that once being Vaas, you are forever, and we definitely won't be upset to see this villain again! While this is clearly not an official communication or anything, the addition of "very soonmakes his answer encouraging. Of course, this may have nothing to do with Far Cry 6, but a nod to the role in the Far Cry series that was previously announced, despite the fact that this project looks like a spin-off. There are several possibilities here when you can look at Vaasa. The first one is the TV show mentioned above. The next opportunity in Far Cry 6, but with a few caveats. Vaas' character was killed off during the events of Far Cry 3, which means that if he does play a role in the upcoming game, it will either be a flashback or the game should be some sort of prequel or side effect of those events.
A third possibility is that he was not referencing either the TV show or Far Cry 6, but rather hinted at a Far Cry 3 remaster. The third installment was perhaps the most well-received version of the entire franchise, and today seems to be the era of remasters. . If you want to bring back the magic of Far Cry, especially with the mixed reception that the latest spin-off got, the remaster would be the safe way to do it.
However, Far Cry 5 did take some really weird drug-related narrative twists, with one particular trippy sequence that was talked about a lot. Maybe he'll be a hallucination, a zombie, or some strange spirit guide. I don't know, he might be what Ubisoft wants him to be. The possibilities are endless, but it's very interesting to speculate on what his comment might mean for the future character.
