Foxy from Five Nights at Freddy's Could Be the Next Fortnite Skin
HYPEX, who is one of the most famous and trusted Fortnite insiders, has found evidence that a Five Nights at Freddy's crossover could be in the works for Season 5.
In the fifth season of Fortnite, Epic Games introduced crossovers from GI Joe , God of War and Halo before The Mandalorian and Predator. There seems to be no limit to what the game is compatible with. But what will happen next?
A prominent source of information HYPEX plunged into the work, trying to find the answer to this question, and he found the proof hidden in the code.
He has a solid case, including some audio leaks, suggesting a crossover with the hugely popular horror game Five Nights at Freddy.
HYPEX put together a YouTube video to showcase everything he found. He first describes a series of encrypted skin files codenamed FrenchFry. Traditionally, the first letter in each codename corresponds to the name of the character the skin is based on. For example, skin Tyler Blevins was codenamed TourBus.
For this reason, he is quite sure that this could be a reference to Fazbear or Foxy from Five Nights at Freddy's. But that's not all he found. There are also seven files with sounds reminiscent of Foxy's footsteps in Five Nights at Freddy's.
The evidence seems to be very significant. However, this all seems a little farfetched and it's hard to tell if this is true or a false alarm.
Five Nights at Freddy's skins is sure to be a popular choice in Fortnite. They even fit into the overall aesthetic. But it would make more sense to release the crossover during Halloween, and this is not until October.
Either way, it will be interesting to see if this crossover works out.
