Fortnite Will Support Mods
Fortnite may be getting mod support soon, if a reliable source is to be believed.
Since its release over three years ago, Epic Games has changed the game beyond recognition. The developers have added everything from new weapons to a new map, as well as unique vehicles that you won't see anywhere else.
However, Fortnite players have gone the extra mile by creating their own creative mode creations - using every tool at their disposal to create wacky and huge maps that provide hours of fun.
However, Epic Games may soon provide players with the ability to use mods in Fortnite to make things a little more interesting.
Reliable insider Lucas7Yoshi made a statement on Twitter on Nov. 23, but failed to explain how far modding options would expand.
“Mod support will be coming to Fortnite…,” the Fortnite data miner said, before giving some more information amidst a plethora of questions from his followers.
“Confidence in this is 100%,” he added. “To what extent you can modify the game or what you can do with it, I'm not sure. But it will be "modding".

It's entirely possible that Epic allows players to use their own weapon skins in battle royale mode, but could make big and bold changes to Save the World where their mods won't affect other players as much. .
The introduction of mods will certainly be of interest to many players, but a fine balance must be struck so that they do not completely break the game.
Also, there is the question of whether they will only work on PC or work on consoles. But we'll just have to wait and see what additional information is released about the possibility of mods.
