We'll cover all of the Midas Challenges and how to complete them in Weeks 9 and 10 in this guide! In Fortnite Season 2 Chapter 2, the challenges are a bit different in that they are themed based on one of the skins you get in the battle pass.

If you complete at least 18 of these Midas challenges, you will have the option to choose an additional Ghost or Shadow style for him! Once you've made your choice, you won't be able to get another style.

MIDAS WEEK 9 TEST LIST

Here is a list of Midas challenges for week 9:

FORTNITE 9 WEEK CHALLENGES

Search for chests in different named locations (5)

You will need to go to five different locations that are marked on the map. Places like Pleasant Park, Sharp Springs, and Nectar Hollow. Pretty easy challenge, you can probably focus on other tasks and complete it passively.

Deal damage to players with sniper rifles (300)

If you are not good with a sniper rifle, then the best choice would be to go to the Team Rumble. You can also try the XNUMX-player game, where the players are sometimes more open. Finding a Sniper Rifle is not difficult, they can be knocked out from spies and found in chests in new locations (Yacht, Grotto, Agency, etc.).

Upgrade a weapon to legendary rarity at a workbench (1)

Find yourself an Epic Weapon and look for a Workbench. You need quite a few resources to upgrade, but if you go into Team Rumble, you'll start out with enough resources to make it easier for you to collect them. You can find all Workbench locations on the map below.

Search for a llama, legendary chest or item (1)

Legendary chests are rare and can spawn anywhere. You can find Lamas and Supply Crates in Team Rumble. Try to fly more with your hang glider looking for the llama, you will have to cover most of the map because only a certain number of these breeds appear in each match. Supply Crates drop quite often in Team Rumble so they're pretty easy to get, but don't forget to collect them because some players want to get them too.

Deal damage to a choppa helicopter with a passenger or pilot inside (100)

Squad is probably one of the best options for this because people are much more willing to fly in teams. I would grab some long-range guns and then head to wherever the Helicopter spawns. Wait for someone to jump into it and then shoot.

Collect XP Coins (5)

XP coins have been interesting this season because new ones are added every other week. We have a post where we have maps for each week ( Fortnite XP Coin Guide ), you will be able to find them if you don't collect them regularly. If you have been collecting them, we will soon have a new card for new coins!

Carry the giant pink teddy bear found in Nightmare Cinema 100 meters (100)

Giant pink bears sit right in the middle of the Nightmare Cinema. You will find this place directly west of Fatal Farm. I HIGHLY recommend waiting for this challenge because many people will be landing here once it's released. You can try this in a Team Rumble if your team controls the Nightmare Cinema area from the start. Beware because some people will land there just to complete the challenge! All you have to do once you get there is interact with the bear and run 100 meters with it. You should see an alert when you finish your run.

Look for Midas' golden llama between the junkyard, gas station, and RV camping (1)

The location of the Golden Lama is east of Fatal Farm. If you follow the road to the east, you will come across a gas station, and eventually a small building will appear right in front of a small bridge. Go inside and you will see a big Golden Lama on the wall! Just interact with her and you will pass the test.

Collect Intel during Spy Games matches (10)

You will need to enter one of the Spy Game Operation LTMs to complete this challenge. You need to take the Intel, which is in the supply crates that can be opened. Open one of them and collect what you need!

Earn Survival, Combat, or Scavenger Gold Medals (3)

These are the highest medals you can earn in each of the following categories:

The Survival Medal requires you to be in the top 10 of the match! So, you need to do this in a regular Fortnite round. You can just try to hide until the end if you are not a great player.

If you want to get a combat medal, you need to get eight eliminations in a match. Team Rumble is your best bet for this. Just try to get as many fights as you can and you'll be able to reach the required number of kills.

For the Scavenger, you need to open 12 chests, llamas, or spare drops. I would go to Team Rumble and land at an uninhabited named location to get a bunch of chests.

FORTNITE 10 WEEK CHALLENGES

Eliminate players with a shotgun, assault rifle, and submachine gun

It's easy and you can just do it in Team Rumble! Don't forget to grab every weapon and try to take out the enemies. The machine gun can work at any range, but I prefer close combat and a shotgun.

Search chests in different matches

Search the chests - well, without it, nothing. A standard challenge that goes by itself just by playing the game

Eliminate a player or spy with a legendary or boss weapon

Finding a Legendary Representative will probably be easier than getting a weapon from killing a boss. If you go to Team Rumble, you can easily find one, or find an epic weapon and upgrade it at the workbench to legendary. There are also many supply crates that can contain Legendary weapons. Once you have one option, all you have to do is make a kill out of it. Boss weapons are not very easy to get and you will have to fight other players for them.

Heal allies with the bandage bazooka

The bandage bazooka is not uncommon today. They are scattered just everywhere. Its main inconvenience is its dimensions in two slots. Find her and heal teammates.

Dance within 10 seconds of knocking out the Spy

After you knock out the Spy, you will need to use the dance emote within 10 seconds of falling. You have to do this three times, so try pairing this with damaging spies while you're cloaked!

Find different golden adjustable wrenches

There are five golden keys on the map in total. You can find one of them on top of the lighthouse at C1, one at the Giant Cooling Towers on the east side of the area, in the middle of Dirty Dock, a trumpeter holding a wrench at D8 to the south, and you'll find a fifth one to the west on B6 in the middle of Shack Town.

Catch a fish while in a Choppa helicopter

This will be easiest in a duo or squad match if you have a friend. The definition of "being in a helicopter" could mean that you can do it solo if you land the choppa and just switch seats and fish while sitting in it! Unfortunately, you cannot find helicopters in Team Rumble.

Need to catch 3 fish.

Deal damage to players or spies on the yacht and in the agency in a single match

It will be easier to damage the spy. I would go to the Yacht and do some damage to the henchman, then jump into Choppa and fly to the Agency, and then do some damage there!

Visit the Agency, the Straw Man, and the Moldy Snack in a single match

You have to visit them all in one match, so I would do it in Team Rumble if possible. However, if you want to do it in normal modes, then I would grab Choppa in The Agency and fly to the scarecrow and then head to the burgers!
