Fortnite: How to Open Doors and Chests with an ID Scanner

If you've been visiting hideouts located in the new locations in Fortnite Season XNUMX, then you've no doubt come across some doors and chests that require an ID scan. If you want to unlock them, you will have several options to do so. The doors will hide valuable loot behind them, so it's good to have an idea of how to get inside these rooms!
HOW TO OPEN DOORS AND CHESTS WITH THE ID SCANNER
You will find many different doors that are locked and require you to scan. They can be found in all of the new locations that were introduced in Chapter 2: Season 2. These locations are Shark, Yacht, Grotto, Agency, and Horn. Most of them are on the edges of the map, but you can get to the Agency in the middle of the map. It is located on the central island of Fortnite and today is a very popular place to land.
So there are two ways to open them. One of them is to disguise yourself as a spy. To do this, you need to find a phone booth. They can be found next to all locations that have ID Scanner doors. They are usually located outside the area, so you can disguise yourself and head towards them. The advantage of this approach is that you won't be attacked by any of the spies you encounter! Go to the door and examine yourself in disguise and the door will open.
Important !: Disguise stops working if you start shooting at enemies or spies. Also, beware of touching spies, in this case you will be discovered.

The second option is that you can shoot down one of the spies that spawn in these places. Once you've done that, grab one and take it to the scanner. You will get the ability to scan the spy! If you do this, the door will open and you will progress towards the challenge that requires you to open those doors! You can also use this method to unlock chests that require scanning.
