Fortnite: How to Catch a Ravenous Shark Near the Careless Shore and Ride
It's the second week of Aquaman Challenges in Fortnite, and players will need to ride the Ravenous Shark near the Careless Shore using a fishing pole this time around. Here's everything you need to complete the 2 week challenge.
The highly anticipated Season 3 of Fortnite has been full of surprises, including a flooded map and the introduction of new weapons like the rechargeable shotgun.
However, the trailer for the new season also revealed that another Superhero would be joining the action, teasing classic DC superhero Aquaman as a playable character in Fortnite.
As with characters like Deadpool in previous seasons, Aquaman has brought his own set of weekly challenges that players will need to complete in order to unlock his skin options.
For the second week, Fortnite fans will have to head to the Careless Shore to ride the Ravenous Shark with the Fishing Rod, a new feature that was introduced in Season XNUMX.
First things first, you will need to find a Fishing Rod, they can be found scattered all over the map, however, there are many barrels of these fishing rods around the Sleek Shore.
Once you get the Fishing Pole, you will need to find the shark in the water near the Careless Shore and just cast the line in that direction.
Even though you don't have to hit the shark with the bobber, it may take some time for it to get close, so you might want to make sure the area is clear before attempting this challenge.
After a few seconds, the shark should catch the line, pulling you into the sea and rewarding you with a trident graffiti and some bonus XP for completing the week 2 challenge.
One of Fortnite challenges in week 1 - Deal 200 damage to the shark, and if you haven't already, you will be able to complete both of these challenges in one go.
