Fulfillment of desires is a secret achievement that you can get on Watatsumi Island in the Inazuma region during the quest "Wonderful Plant of the Deep". Completing this achievement will also unlock the other secret achievements Sea Shepherd's Treasure and Honest Lanky Silver. You will also receive some precious and luxury chests. Complete the quest "Wonderful Plant of the Deep"
You will receive the quest "Miraculous Plant of the Deepby talking to Granny Komaki, the Elder of Boro Village in the location as shown below. This is a simple quest that you can easily complete by simply following the objective markers.
Day 1 | Divination Komaki
After completing the "Wonderful Plant of the Deep" quest, talk to Komaki and choose the "Tell Me!" dialogue option. She will tell you that you will find a fortune at the highest point of Watatsumi Island.
Head to the Moun Shrine in the western part of Watatsumi Island. Here you will find four Electro Fairies, as shown in the pictures below. Take them to 4 pillars and a common chest will appear.
You will also find a Luxurious Chest in the Shrine of Moun.
Day 2 | Divination Komaki
Go back to Granny Komaki the next day (Real Life Day) and ask for fortune again. She will tell you that an ill-fated and unexpected meeting awaits you in a cave in the south of Watatsumi Island.
Go to the small cave on the beach southwest of Boro Village as shown in the picture below and read the Treasure Thieves' Note that is on the table.
After reading the diary, go to the kidnappers' camp east of the Sangonomiya Shrine, as shown in the picture below. Clear the camp and then open the Exquisite Treasure there. You will receive "Rinzo's Letter" from the chest.
Now return to the small camp where you found the Treasure Thieves' Note. In front of the table where you found the note, you can now dig the ground. Dig up the ground to get a Precious Chest. Open the chest to unlock the "Treasure of the Sea Shepherd».
We haven't finished yet. You must find the 8 black marks of Rinzo and the treasure buried in front of them. Finding all eight of Rinzo's black marks also unlocks the achievement "Honest Lanky Silver».
Day 3 | Divination Komaki
Go back to Granny Komaki the next day (Real Life Day) and ask for fortune again. She will tell you that the Electro Fairy near the deep lake in the center of Watatsumi Island will guide your path.
Go to the location directly below the Sangonomiya Shrine waypoint, near the deep lake in the center of Watatsumi Island. Follow the Fairy as shown in the pictures below. When she finally reaches her court, a shared chest will appear.
Day 4 | Divination Komaki
Go back to Granny Komaki the next day (Real Life Day) and ask for the fourth divination again. She will tell you that the ruined sanctuary to the east is shrouded in an ominous aura. For defeating the omen, you will receive a reward.
Go to the island as shown in the picture below. Kill the enemies near the sanctuary to open a shared chest.
Day 5 | Divination Komaki
Go back to Granny Komaki the next day (Real Life Day) and ask for the fifth divination again. She will tell you that in the ruins to the northeast, in an ancient city standing alone in the sea, an eternal spirit of sorrow will light the way.
Go to Lake Suigetsu where you will find an Electro Fairy upstairs as shown in the picture below. Touch the Electro Fairy and she will lead you to the treasure.
After you touch the Fairy, she will go down the corridor (opposite the dungeon gate) and turn left in the middle of the corridor as shown below.
In this room, jump through the windows on the right wall as shown below. Make sure the pillar in this room is activated, otherwise it will absorb the Electro Fairy.
After jumping through the window, go into the room on the left side. Then go through the phase gate to the east as shown in the picture below.
The phase door teleports you to a room containing three chests: 1 Common, 1 Precious, and 1 Luxurious. When you get here, the Wish Fulfillment achievement will unlock.
