Usage Tips
- Buster fits on closed maps with narrow passages, which he can control when using Super. The only problem here is the throwers and Janet when using the Super, from whose attacks he is not protected. When jumping, the shield will not help to fight off Bonnie and Edgar either.
- Buster, like Sam, pairs well with Max in a doubles clash. Buster protects Max from the killers, and she speeds him up and helps fight off the anti-tank characters (Gale, Tara, Emz, Stu, Lou, Colette, Spike).
- This character is better suited for team modes, as charging the Super alone will take much longer.
- One of the best modes for Buster - capturing crystals, especially if the game is to be played on maps with narrow passages. The strategy is to control the choke points with the shield from the Super while the allies collect the crystals. To charge the Super, one of them (if possible, a ranged one to destroy opponents from afar) must be next to you while the third partner collects crystals and, after taking 10 pieces, goes into defense.
