Diablo 2: Druid

An ancient Druid book called "Sheal Fada" says that Bul-Kathos, the ancient king of the Barbarians, had a loyal friend and adviser named Fyakla-Ger. Some legends claim that Bul-Kathos and Fyakla-Ger were siblings, but whether this is actually so is not known.

Be that as it may, the ruler and his adviser were connected not only by friendship, but also by serving the mysterious Source of power hidden in the bowels of the sacred mountain Aret. According to the covenants and prophecies of the Ancients, they both prepared to guard and protect the Well in the troubled times to come. Only their paths were different.

Bul-Kathos believed that in order to fulfill the precepts of the Ancients, it was necessary to unite all the barbarian tribes and turn them into a powerful army, ready to repel any attack on the sacred mountain.

Fyakla-Ger did not believe in weapons and martial arts - in his opinion, the guardians of the Source should have devoted themselves to the study of the forces of Nature and achieve complete unity with the land they had to protect.

In the end, when Bul-Kathos united all the barbarians, his adviser selected the best bards and shamans from each tribe and took them into the wilderness of Skoe Glen. Thus was founded the first Circle of Druids. Fyakla-Ger and his disciples vowed to end the hermitage until the time of the final battle between humans and the demons of the Underworld comes. They studied Koi Dyulra, the art of merging with nature, allowing them to understand the languages of plants and animals. Thanks to this art, many of them have learned to change their appearance, draw the power of plants, summon animals, and even control the weather. Since then, many Circles of Druids have been founded in Skoe Glen, the greatest of which is Tür Dyulra, which keeps the sacred and beautiful oak of Glor-en-Faya.

Over the centuries, the druids not only comprehended the secrets of nature, but also improved the martial arts inherited from their barbarian ancestors. They knew that they were to become the last stronghold of the Light in the coming war. Now, when the hour has come, the druids have left their native forests to fulfill their destiny.

Starting characteristics:Boost:
Strength 15
Agility 20
Vitality 25+2 life +1 stamina
Energy: 20+2 mana
Life: 55+1.5 per level
Mana: 20+2 per level
Stamina: 84+1 per level

Druids combine strong combat abilities like a barbarian, elemental spells like a sorceress, and creature summoning like a necromancer. At the same time, if you develop all three branches at the same time, you will get “neither there nor there”.

There are two most practical ways to develop: magical, when almost all points are invested in elemental spells, and combat, when any of the two forms of transformation is developed, and the corresponding attacking abilities for it.

Creature Summon plays a supporting role for the above two development paths, but by itself is not viable on the difficulties of Nightmare and Hell.

Build for Raging Druid

The Rage build is based on a combination of skills wolf man и Fury. Your druid wants to be in his bestial form as often as possible, as he greatly increases his stats by repelling enemies with his claws.

You only need to invest enough skill points in strength and agility for the equipment you have equipped or want to equip. Don't worry about putting points into energy as Druid doesn't use a lot of mana for this build.

Stat Distribution

  • Strenght (Strength) - As much as needs. I pumped up to 100. There were no things, so I had to wear everything that fell from the monsters.
  • Dexterity (Dexterity) - under the 75% block.
  • Vitality (Vitality) - all that's left.
  • Energy (Energy) - nothing here. There is no point in downloading. With the right gear, mana will be enough.

Skills required for leveling in the Rage Druid build

With skills, building Rage becomes a little more difficult. Most of the skills are required, but there are two hard decisions you need to make. Your first decision is to make the most of your skill points on Wolverine Heart or Oak sage . Wolverine's Heart summons a spirit that increases the unit's damage and attack rating stats, which is great for direct damage. On the other hand, Oak of the Wiseman summons a spirit to increase your group's health. It is up to you to decide which skill you prioritize: damage or health.

As for the second decision, you need to decide if you are going to invest more than one point in Wild Rage or instead switch to investing points in Grizzly .

Wild Rage steals life from enemies. This effect increases as you attack, and each skill point invested in Frenzy improves damage, attack rating, speed, and percentage of health leeched based on damage dealt. If you're comfortable with not having a monster partner, this is a great way to keep your survivability.

Grizzly gives you one grizzly bear to fight alongside you. The extra points spent here provide a buff to the bear's base damage, increasing the frequency at which passive bonus damage procs. If you need another companion to lower your damage from enemies, this is also a good option.

Here are all the skills you need to level up a Diablo 2 Resurrected Fury build:

  • wild Rage - 20.
  • Lycanthropy - 20.
  • Wolverine Heart or Sage Oak - 20. (choose one or the other)
  • wolf man - 20.
  • Rabies - 1.
  • Fury - 1+ (you can add more than one point if you choose not to invest skill points in Grizzly)

If you choose Grizzly instead of Wild Fury:

  • Raven - 1.
  • ghost wolf - 1.
  • Wild wolf - 1.
  • Grizzly - 1+

Equipment

There are many different ways to dress up a druid in Diablo 2: Resurrected, mostly in terms of which gloves you should be wearing and how many enchants you have on your character at the same time. However, first of all, we need to dwell on some things in order to understand how the assembly works.

You will see that some items require you to place gems or runes in their slots. To do this, click on the gem or rune you want to socket to pick it up, and then click on the socketed item to drop the gem or rune into the slot. You cannot destroy them again in the usual ways. However, it is possible to destroy all items in sockets using Horadric Cube.

If the build says to create a runic word, you need to insert the runes into the item sockets in a specific order to gain additional buffs or even new skills. For example, to assign the runic word "Spirit" to an item, you need to insert the runes Tal, Tul, Orth, and Amn into the slots of the item. If you do this, the new spirit rune word will give your character various stat boosts and multi-element damage bonuses.

One of the key components critical to this build is that you need to equip the item with the "cannot be frozen" buff , as it ensures cold enemies can't slow your attack speed to a crawl. Ring Raven Frost does it's up to you for an optimized version of this build, but you can also add runic word "rhyme" (Shael and Et) to any weapon or armor with two sockets or ghost armor Cover Spirit.

Here are all the weapons and armor you can use to complete your Fury build:

Weapon - Phase blade (sword) with the word rune of sorrow (Et, Tyr, Lo, Mal and Ral)
Alternative weapon — Ribraker with runic shield Shael — Thunderstorm shield (Monarch)
Helmet — Mane Jalal (Totem mask)
Armor - Any worthy armor with the runic word Fortitude (El, Sol, Dol and Lo)
Belt - Thread of the ears (Sash of demon skin)
Rings - Raven Frost and Bul-Kathos' Wedding Ring
Amulet —
Gloves Wrath of the Highlord - Laying on of hands (Blackberry Gauntlets) or Dracula's Grip (Vampire Bone Gloves)
Boots - military traveler(combat boots) with reinforced charms Protection - Hellfire Torch (large amulet) , Annihilus (small amulet) , then any life enchantment, faster hit recovery, max damage, attack rating, resistances, and mana

Mercenary

Since many enemies can attack you at the same time, your mercenary is the key to surviving the fights. The Best Mercenary is the Mercenary you can hire in Act XNUMX on Nightmare difficulty, and you can choose whether he has Holy Freeze or Might.

We have decided that mercenaries will own ethereal items. This gives a damage bonus for weapons or defense for armor. It has lower hardware requirements than the regular and self-repair versions, but fails irretrievably if durability reaches zero. These items are also on sale for 25% off the price of the regular version.

You must equip the mercenary with the following items:

  • Weapon — Ethereal The Reaper's Toll (Thresher)
  • Armor - any worthy ethereal armor with the runic word Fortitude (El, Sol, Dol and Lo).
  • Helmet — Face of ethereal Andarell ( demon head ) with rune ral

Now you should know all the necessary equipment, stat distribution and skills to make the best Druid build in Diablo 2: Resurrected. We have more builds for several classes, so check out our builds for Sorceresses , Paladin , Barbara и Necromancer . We'll have better builds for the other two classes soon.
