The Golden Apple Archipelago is a new region of Teyvat in Genshin Impact. This is a network of islands that contains new dungeons, items and bosses. The new region will become available after the release of update 1.6.
The archipelago of the Golden Apple is time limited area where most events take place Version 1.6 . Summer! Island? Adventure is the main event of version 1.6, which takes place in Dodoland in the Golden Apple archipelago.
You can get to the islands on Dvalina (Horror of the Storm). The dragon will take players to a location separate from the main continent. Within the limits of the Archipelago itself, you will have to move on special boats wave runners (Skif).
The new region appears only for a limited time period, and then it will be replaced by Inazuma. Players will have to kill the new world boss Magu Kenki many times in the shortest possible time in order to farm more unique materials for the rise of Kazuha.

To get to the islands of the archipelago, you need to complete the story task of Chapter I: Mysterious Islands: Journey into the Unknown. Complete walkthrough of this quest find here! For those who are too lazy to read, I will briefly explain the essence of the task:
- Talk to the NPC in Mondstadt
- Find Vngti in the Valley of the Wind
- Summon Dwalin and fly to the Isles

New event and Dungeon "Legend of the Wind Sword"
The official description of the event reads:
The doors to an unknown dungeon have opened, and opponents of unprecedented strength await you in it. Show off your legendary fighting skills and the fearless spirit of the windborn!
The dungeon hides a new boss enemy. His name is Magu kenki, and this is a mechanical samurai humanoid that will drop a puppet core after defeating him, which will serve as an object for the rise of a new character Kazuha.

Collectibles Echo Shells and Echoes of Legends event
The main objective of the event is to collect echo shells throughout the Golden Apple archipelago. Collecting these shells will give you the opportunity to get Barbara's Summer Glitter skin, as well as primogems, pestilence, magic upgrade ore, and hero experience.

Endless fight
Unknown monsters came out of the shores of the Golden Apple archipelago to appropriate this sea paradise. Fight with all your might and destroy the monsters in one fell swoop!
