Where to Find the Inifus Tree, Pillar of Stone Mystery in Diablo 2: Resurrected

Diablo 2: Resurrected is filled with gory landscapes and dark forests, and amid the chaos, you need to find the Tree of Inifus to activate the Pillars of Stone and save Deckard Kane. Here's how to do it.

Deckard Kane has become one of the most famous faces of the Diablo franchise. However, as most players know, Kane managed to get himself into trouble at the start of the story and is locked up in a cage in Tristram, ready to be eaten alive by the city's new, horrific inhabitants.

To save him, you need to find the scroll contained in the Inifus Tree and use it to activate the Pillars of Stone (Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta and Lambda) to reach the ruins of this once great city. So, here's exactly how to complete the Quest for Kane in Diablo 2 Resurrected.

Diablo 2 Resurrected: Inifus Tree Location

Before you can delve into the heart of Diablo's corruption and rescue the fan-favorite scientist, you'll need to visit the Inifus Tree. Inside is a scroll that will allow you to activate the stone pillars, which we will talk about later.

The tree can be found in darkness, through the underground passage in the northern part stone field , but given that it is located in the forest, it is literally like looking for a needle in a haystack. So here is its exact location:

1. Go to dark forest waypoint .
2. Move on southeast, until you reach the fence .
3. Follow this path down until a spawn point appears.
4. Take a left through the gap in the fence, and there will be a Tree.
5. Defeat gigantic enemies.
6. Interact with the tree to get a scroll.
7. Return to bandit camp and ask Akaru translate it.

Diablo 2 Resurrected: how to activate stone pillars

After receiving the scroll and asking Akara to translate it, you need to return to Stone field. Kill the gang of enemies at the rocks, then get ready to embark on a journey that will die :

1. Open your inventory .
2. Get Scroll of Inifus.
3. It will appear on the left side of the screen with numbers engraved on the page.
4. Interact with every stone from stone to number order .
   • These numbers may not match the example below.
5. If everything is done correctly, then stones will light up и red portal to Tristram will appear in the middle.
6. Enter it and save Kane in the central square of Tristram .
   • It is suspended in a cage next to the iconic blood fountain.

Returning to Kane will complete the Finding Kane questline and allow you to move on to the next part of the story. It's also free defines subjects  in the camp.
