Where is the Formation Manor dungeon located?
Inazuma Electro Dungeon "Formation Manor" can be found in the south of Yashiori Island in the Jakotsu Mine area:
To unlock it, you need to stop the incessant rain and solve the puzzle with torches that cannot be lit during a thunderstorm. Completing the torch quest will give you access to the pedestal, but if you're in the dungeon area and it's still raining, you'll need to complete the peace quest "The Legacy of Orobashi".
How to light torches
Talk to Kaji in the northwestern part of Yashiori Island and complete his quest. His task consists of 5 parts. When you're done, return to the domain area and light the torches in the order the fairy flies over them. After that, interact with the cube and the Formation Manor domain should become available.
