As you know, Julia's mother always preferred Martha, seeing in the outcast twin a weak influence on her disabled sister. Therefore, she locks Julia's childhood room using a key characterized by a pink keyring. Finding this out at the start of the game will activate a quest to find said key.
Players can get the key after Martha's trip to see her sister's body in the graveyard, which ends with a particularly brutal cutscene of Julia being transported back to the basement. Her mother, whom Julia believes is Martha's killer, is waiting for her there.
After a tense argument, Julia shoots his mother with her father's bedside pistol, killing her. On her body is key to julia's old room, which is now becoming available, although trust us when we say that you will probably regret finding it.
