Here's how and where you can find the heart-shaped island to complete Plant a Seed on the Heart-Shaped Island as a Groot Awakening Challenge in Fortnite.
The Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 Battle Pass is probably one of the best we've had since Fortnite arrived. The Battle Pass is filled with Marvel-themed cosmetics, and Epic makes you work harder to unlock some of them.
Epic Games has introduced Awakening Challenges. These challenges must be completed in order to unlock certain Battle Pass cosmetic items. Some of Thor's cosmetic items are blocked through these Awakening Trials, and Groot is involved in that as well.
We looked at how players can unlock baby Groot back decoration , and in this article, we'll look at how to complete one of the other two Groot's Awakening challenges that will bring us one step closer to unlocking the Rocket pet cosmetic with the built-in Battle Brothers emote.
The first step to unlocking the Rocket in Fortnite is to plant a seed on a heart-shaped island as an Awakening challenge.
PLANT A SEED ON A HEART-SHAPED ISLAND AS GRUTE

You probably don't know where the heart-shaped island is on the Fortnite map. Fear not, we have marked the place where you can find this island. You will find it on the western side of the island in the sea:
Once you are on the island, there is a certain place where you need to plant the seeds. You will immediately notice it. There is a darker patch of soil that stands out as soon as you land on the island. Here's how it looks:
When you come to a dark patch of soil you will see an interaction button and you just have to interact with the soil to plant a seed and complete this Groot Awakening challenge. After planting, you will see how the plant grows out of the soil. One more test, and you will have a faithful friend Rocket behind you.
