Helicopters in Call of Duty: Warzone are popular vehicles for players, and this guide will show you all the places where they spawn on the map.
There are only five vehicle types in Warzone. Of those five, four are ground vehicles, and only one of them can take control of the sky.
Unlike other battle royales, mobility is woefully lacking throughout the war zone, making the helicopter one of the most versatile vehicles that can be used for locomotion or sweeping attacks to take opponents by surprise.
It is because of this that at the beginning of each game there is usually a need to take control of the helicopter.
While popular locations can be found near the port of Verdansk and the prison complex, there are some lesser-known spawning points where you'll find it easier to get a helicopter.
In Warzone, players have eight places where they can find a copter. There are fairly even spawning spots throughout the map, although most of them are located near the center.
Two locations are north of Gora Dam and Arkle Peak. Meanwhile, at the airport maintenance center, at the television station, in the center of the Tavorsky district and near the hospital, there are four of them.
The last two are southeast of the war zone, near the port of Verdansk and the Zordaya prison complex.
Perhaps one of the least visited locations containing a helicopter is the location next to the dam, as every other location gets a fair amount of attention from the 150 players that load into the map.
But if you're hoping players will be distracted by the amount of loot in nearby landmarks, then the military base at Arklov Peak and in the center of the Tavor District near Verdansk Stadium can take you out quickly.
It's also possible to take a flight to take you to a quieter part of the map and get the necessary inventory safely.
Whatever is closer to the vehicle at the beginning of the game will be a lot of attention from the rest of the fighters in Warzone, so it's best to know where the other helicopters are just in case.
