You can find broken toasters while playing Wasteland 3, but what do you do with them? Everything is obvious - they need to be repaired and get additional perks for it!
To repair them, you will need a special skill, which is called “Toaster Repair”. For each repaired toaster, you will receive a reward: from powerful weapons or armor to Tarjan's tokens, which unlock new talents. In addition, in the end, you will be able to open a new assistant under the control of AI.
Locations of all toasters in Wasteland 3:
- A toaster in the canteen of the Ranger HQ. For repairs, you will receive a toaster maker badge (tool) and the first Tarjan token.
- In Broadmoor Heights, enter the building to the left of the entrance. This is the estate of the Wesson family (Lucia, who will probably be on your team by now). There is a toaster in the back room. For its repair you will receive a gold wire. And this is the first part needed to create the Golden Toaster!
- In the Palace of the Patriarch, in the right wing. First, you will need to distract the guard by hacking the terminal in the upper right corner from the throne of the Patriarch. Then give the order to the guard to leave the door, and then break it open. Walk forward and turn left down the corridor to find a room with a toaster. For repairs, you will receive a Peak toy figure. And while there is a figurine in Vic Buchanan's room, where you will get during the story quest in Aspen. Show both figurines to the Patriarch and the Ranger HQ Museum (hire the girl standing outside the museum in downtown Colorado Springs) will have an entire display dedicated to Peak and Pok.

- At the Hun family estate. In one of the rooms. For repairs, you will receive another part for the Golden Toaster - a cast gold case.
- In the tunnels of the Dikovinarium, behind the door of the diner, where Los Payatsos will be. For repairs, you can get a second Tarjan token.
- In the Monster Army bunker, where you will be sent on the instructions of Eidilon from the Dikovinarium bar (located in the room with the dancers). In the first room. For repairs, you will receive the textbook "Sensual Toaster".
- In the large room of the bunker under Broadmoor Heights, where you will get on the instructions of Angela Deth "Warlords". Examine the table on the right. For repairs, you will receive a Tarjan token.
- Union Station location. Next to Morgenstern's room. For repairs, you can get a Tarjan token.
- In the Ghost Town, where you will get on the assignment "Keeper to your sisters." Activates automatically. Near the sisters there will be a toaster with Tarjan's token.
- During the mission "Missing" you will find yourself near a cave that will appear on the global map. Look for the boars, kill them and repair the toaster next to the van. It contains another detail for the Golden Toaster - a mica plate with gold splashes.
- In the right house at the location of the hotel "Snezhnaya". For repairs, you can get the sign "Owl of Minerva". Perhaps this is a simple reference to Wasteland 2. I did not find any use for it. Surely she is somehow connected with the Vice-Chancellor, but by that moment he was already dead with me.
- During the quest "Is It Easy to Be Knox" you will find yourself at a buffalo farm. Inside the building, on the top floor, there is a toaster, for the repair of which you will be given one more detail - a bimetallic thread with gold plating.
- In the Denver White House, in the room on the right. For repairing the toaster, you will receive ... toasts.
- In Denver, in the Machine Commune. Go to the building with the Machine Intelligence Tower. After repairing the toaster, you will be given an Easter egg tutorial - cheats and tips for the Adventures of the Bard IV (Bard's Tales IV).
- Toaster in Vic Buchanan's room in Aspen. For repairs, you will receive a Bye toy figure (show it to the Patriarch).
- At the start of Aspen. In the guesthouse across from the entrance, in the room where you use the terminal to lower the bridge. For repairing the toaster, you will be given a part - a gold-plated nichrome thread.

Pick and Poka action figures

Tarjan tokens
There is a small museum inside the Dikovinarium. There is Tarjan's submachine gun. Throw tokens there to receive temporary effects or talents (the character who is selected as active in the group receives):
- A buff that increases experience points earned by 10% for 000 seconds.

- Eye of Tarjan Talent: +1% Cold Resistance and +2 Penetration.

How to get the Golden Toaster
To get started, be sure to repair toasters #2, 5, 11, 13, and 17 from the list above. You will have 5 parts. But there is one more. It is located in Aspen's Little Hell, in a room in the middle of the corridors leading to different rooms with hostages. Either break open this bunker door, which requires level 10 lock picking, or go to the room on the lower right and slaughter the wounded Llewellyn. There will be a key in his intestines. There you will find a golden hammer.
When you have all the parts, your hero will automatically collect the Golden Toaster and find the coordinates on it. A new location will appear on the map — Toaster Repair Academy. Head there, go inside and interact with the terminal ahead to activate the toaster. The Golden Toaster is AI controlled and is a very powerful ally, capable of shooting fire 4-5 times in one turn.
