Where to find the Golden Seed relic in Elden Ring

All locations of Golden Seeds in Elden Ring. How improve the sacred flask? As in previous games from FromSoftware, your flask is used to restore health or FP (Focus points). As you progress further, you will want to store as many health items as possible. In that guide we're going to reveal all locations Golden Seeds.

All Golden Seed locations in Elden Ring

We have divided the Golden Seed locations into Interearth Lands with a map identifying where they are (look for the yellow pointer on the map showing the player's location) in Elden Ring.

However, just note that in order to see the map, you first need to find the Map Pieces for each respective area.

Note: In most cases, they are located at the foot of ethereal trees (luminous seedlings), which are quite easy to spot in almost any terrain.

Limgrave

Hero's Tomb Dungeon

The Golden Seed can actually be found right in the Floating Graveyard starting location, although it is also found in a very dangerous dungeon with a poisonous swamp, a wheeled trap that chases you and instantly kills you on contact, and a very strong boss. You will also need two sword keys (you can choose as a starting relic) to clear the passage to the desired location.

The boss is Cankerous Tree Spirit, which is not only massive, but also hits hard, spews molten aether, and also releases an explosion from its body when you are close to it, although the shield should absorb the worst damage. However, if you surpass it, you will receive a golden seed and an extremely powerful war ash.

This ethereal tree is right on the main road as you pass through Stormgate on your way to Stormvale Castle, so you're unlikely to miss it.

Shack on Thunder Hill

As you follow the main path on Thunder Hill, you will see a hut on your right, where there is a place of grace. This is one of those rare occasions where you can pick up a golden seed that is not from an ethereal tree.

In the southern part of Limgrave, go southwest from Morne Castle's grace site and follow the cliff to your right. In the end, you will reach a place where you will need to make a big jump. We advise you to use your Flux mount for this. Here is the ethereal tree.

Fort Haight

You will need to travel to Fort Hayt, located southeast of the Misty Forest Ruins, to find half of the medallion during the corresponding quest. When you approach the fort, you will see a glowing sapling.

Depths of the Siofra River

This area is directly below the Limgrave, which you can reach south of the Third Church of Marika. The river lift will take you to the Depths of the Siofra River. You will end up in the southern part of this area, however, the ethereal tree is located to the north between the Forest of the worshipers and under the place of grace.

From the Parishioner's Forest, go north, but keep to the left until you reach a stone path - overcome it. We add that you will be in the field of view of the ancient spirits patrolling the area. They wield bows and shoot very accurately, so you won't be safe even while riding the Potok.

Stormvale Castle

This ethereal tree can be found right before you reach the castle boss. In fact, there are two paths that allow you to get to the passage leading to this enemy. Near these gates you can also find a place of grace.

If you came the other way, then go south from the place of grace, where you will meet a troll. Walk past it and you will see an ethereal tree against the wall, surrounded by two normal trees.

Liurnia

Charming city of the Academy

In the middle of the huge lake of Liurnia, before you get to the Academy of Paradise Lucaria, you can find a ruined city. From the place of grace of this location, go northwest to the ruins of the settlement - soon you will see an ethereal tree.

Surroundings of Rai Lukaria Academy

When you gain access to the Academy of Paradise Lukaria, do not enter it. Instead, go past the teleportation seal in the northeast to take another path. You will need the Stream to jump over the chasm. On the other side there will be another ethereal tree with a golden seed.

Rai Lukaria Academy

Go inside the academy. Then, from the place of grace of the Debate Room, exit into the courtyard. Keep to the left, but beware of enemies, including a rather dangerous opponent with spinning blades and wheels that you probably won't be able to hold against with a low-level hero. Keep going to the left and you'll find an ethereal tree there, surrounded by a few enemies. They won't notice you if you move carefully.

Kariya Manor

If you're following the Ranni quest line, you should soon reach Kariya Manor, located in the northeastern part of Liurnia, which can be reached by walking through the false wall north of the King's Realm Ruins. When you get to the place of grace on the top level of the estate, you will be able to see an ethereal tree right in front of the next area. Beware of several wolves lurking around.

Gorge

To the north of the lake in Liurnia is a gorge, at the end of which is a village and a road leading to the Altus Plateau, bypassing the Great Dectus Elevator. But before you get to this village, you will come across another ethereal tree, but be careful, as it is also surrounded by a bunch of giant egg-shaped creatures that spew poisonous fumes. We advise you to quickly run up to the seedling, pick up the golden seed and escape from the enemies.

Calydus

The magical city of Sellia

Going to the Magic City of Sellia with a low-level character can be very dangerous, but if you avoid collisions with enemies, you can try to take the golden seed. When you first enter the city, simply climb the steps on the left and walk around to find an ethereal tree rising above the blood-red sky of Caelid.

South Calydus

This illusory tree is located on the south bank of the Aeonian Swamp, not far from the place of grace, on the path that leads to the rune farm located near the Impassable Great Bridge. You can simply run away from vicious dogs and crows if you have a weak hero.

Animal Sanctuary

Northeast of Caelid at the Dragon Mound of Greyall, you can reach the Great Farum Bridge, which is guarded by a fearsome dragon. However, you don't have to fight it, as you can still get to the place of grace located there. Continue further north and you will reach the Beastshrine where another terrifying boss awaits. Luckily, you will stumble upon the next ethereal tree before you even face this enemy.

Altus Plateau

Erdtree Geising Hill

North of the Great Dectus Elevator, you can reach the Ruins of Lux, as well as a place of grace, near which grows a glowing sapling.

Altus Plateau Road

While near the place of grace of the said area, instead of taking the main road to the outskirts of the capital, continue north, and a little further ahead you can see the next ethereal tree.

Ghost Tree Outer Wall

Here you will not only find a place of grace, but also an ethereal tree, at the foot of which you can find two golden seeds at once.

Outskirts of the capital

From the Ghost Tree of the outer wall, head north and you'll come across another ethereal tree, which also contains two golden seeds. Obviously, the closer you are to Erdtree, the more goodies you can get!

Battlefield outside the outer wall

From the place of grace of the specified area, exit through the gate to the northwest, and soon you will come across an ethereal tree along the way. There are archers in this area that shoot large arrows, so we don't advise you to stay in one place for a long time.

Little Airdtree Altus Plateau

Continuing to move from the northwest side of the Outskirts of the capital, find a road leading to the southwest near the place of grace Windmill Village. She will lead you to Little Erdtree in the area. But before you get to its base, you will find an ethereal tree nearby with a golden seed.

Seawater River

If you were moving west of the Altus Plateau, then you will come to Mount Gelmir. At its base is the Seawater River, located west of the ruins of Wyndham. Avoid the hot geyser traps and soon you will see an ethereal tree nearby.

Mount Gelmir

At the top of the mountain, towering over Volcano Manor, another ethereal tree grows. You can get to it from the place of grace of the Road of Iniquity. However, before you get to this point, you have to fight a rather dangerous opponent on a hill. Although you can try to bypass this enemy.

Royal Capital Mini Boss

Here you will find another Ulcerous Tree Spirit, which bursts straight out of the ground. You can get to it from Balcony Avenue's grace spot: take the stairs to the north and go around to reach an open area. Here you will have to fight this mini-boss. For defeating him, one golden seed is granted.

This ethereal tree is located south of the place of grace of the Western Bastion of the capital. It is also located within sight of a large and formidable gargoyle enemy, though the sapling itself is surrounded by several weaker foes who are busy worshiping. If you don't want to run into the gargoyle, then just run up to the tree, grab the golden seed and leave.

Mountain peaks of the Giants

Although the visibility here is very poor, however, the path from the Forbidden Lands to Rold's Great Elevator will be linear, so you shouldn't have any trouble finding the Ethereal Tree. It's on the road, and you'll find it before you get to the lift that can take you to the Giants' Peaks.

Ancient Ruins of Snow Valley

This ethereal tree is located close to the frozen lake, but when you first arrive in this area, you will come from the side of the place of grace of the ancient ruins of Snow Valley. There will be several golems patrolling this area. Go northeast from the place of grace, and then move to the right and you will come to the edge of the cliff where the glowing sapling is located.

Forge foot

The ethereal tree is located a little further north from the place of grace of the specified area, before the boss, which you can get to by going through the chains. Move in stealth mode, as there is a troll here who can notice you and throw a huge boulder in your direction. The tree is located just at the base of one of the frozen giants. This golden seed will most likely allow you to max out the number of flasks.

Ordina

However, additional golden seeds can be found even if you have already fully upgraded your flasks. This item can only be accessed if you are following Latenna's questline and trying to get to the secret area in the Peaks. It is located to the west of the city, where you need to solve a puzzle to get to Haligtri.
