Where to Find Fortnite Doomsday Survival Guide

It looks like something sinister is coming in Fortnite Season 7, as players will need to find and collect Doomsday Survival Ready Instructions in order to complete Week 4 challenges.

Aliens are the theme of the game in Season 17 of Epic Games' popular battle royale, featuring everything from creepy parasites attacking players to a giant UFO taking players away to compete in a mini-game for the best weapon.

The latest set of weekly challenges suggests that the chaos isn't over yet (unsurprisingly). In order to earn 30 XP and get additional cosmetics from the Battle Pass, you need to collect Doomsday Survival Instructions.

To make this Fortnite challenge a little easier, we've put together a handy location guide that has everything you need to know about completing this legendary quest below.

Fortnite Doomsday Survival Guide Locations

Hydrostation 16

The cryptic guide is in Hydro 16 , Fortnite landmarks east of the Nectar Basin. You will need to get to this power plant to get the book.

Here's how to find instructions

1. Land on Hydro 16.
2. Enter the main building on the ground floor.
3. Go to the northeast corner and enter the small office.
4. The manual will be on the floor next to the computer desk.
5. Interact with the book and you will complete the task.

This is the office you need to enter. Once inside, if you look at the ground between the computer desk and filing cabinet, you will see a notebook. This is a guide to survival in the event of the end of the world.

You will now have an additional 30000 XP to your name and you will be ready to take part in the fifth week of Fortnite when they arrive on Wednesday, July 7, 2021.

What is the Doomsday Survival Guide?

As the name suggests, this is a book that someone in the Fortnite universe used to prepare for Doomsday.

Considering that each legendary quest in week 4 was centered around a familiar NPC known as the Steel Farmer who mysteriously went missing in Season 17, most likely this book belongs to him.

After warning the players about circles on the pitches at the end of Season 6, many players speculated that he had been abducted by aliens. But now we know that he had a survival manual, he could actually be hiding - perhaps in an underground bunker?

We will no doubt learn more about the Steel Farmer's whereabouts, as well as Agent Jonesy, who also went missing as Season 17 progresses and the story progresses further.
