Hecarim League of Legends will be reworked soon

Riot Games shared details of the Hecarim change in League of Legends. He will be nerfed by his ultimate, but will gain armor and magic resistance while using W. The details were posted by developer TheTruexy on Twitter.

The developers will add the updated character to the test client of the game in the near future. At the time of publication of the news, it is not known when the balance changes will appear in the game.

Upcoming LoL Hecarim Changes

Rampage [Q]

• Damage will be reduced from 60-180 plus 90% bonus AD to 60-160 plus 95% bonus AD.
• Damage per target hit will increase from 2% plus 3% per 100 bonus AD to 4% plus 6% per 100 bonus AD.
• The base cooldown of the skill after hitting a target will be reduced from 1 to 0,75 seconds.
• The effect of Q will stack up to three times instead of two.
• The decay of all stacks after the duration ends will be changed to one charge per second after the duration ends.

Aura of Terror [W]

• Champion will get 15-35 armor and magic resistance.

"Destructive Rush" [E]

• The minimum damage will be reduced from 30-90 plus 55% bonus attack damage to 30-90 plus 50% bonus attack damage.
• Max damage will be reduced from 60-180 plus 110% bonus AD to 60-180 plus 100% bonus AD.
• The minimum damage after being knocked back will be reduced from 250 to 150.
• Max damage after knockback will be reduced from 450 to 350.
• Cooldown reduced from 20-16 to 17 at all levels.

Onslaught of Shadows [R]

• The effect of fear will decrease from 0,75-2 seconds depending on the distance traveled to 0,75-1,5 seconds per distance.

Earlier, Riot Games announced that it plans to strengthen Miss Fortune. The devs want to make the crit build attractive by nerfing E and buffing other skills. Perhaps the updated heroine will appear in LoL after the release of update 12.17 - its release is scheduled for September 8, 2022.
