HoYoverse recently announced their upcoming preview special for Genshin Impact 3.6. Based on the tweets, the livestream will officially reveal upcoming content on their Twitch channel. The premiere of the special program is scheduled for 08:00 (UTC-4) 31 March 2023 year. The premiere of the special program will again be broadcast on the official YouTube channel in 09:00 (UTC-4).
Among all these ads, character banners are one of the main attractions in the special program. As with previous live streams, the developers will show two upcoming character banners with event wishes. The reveal also confirms the banner order for players so they can save their Primogems accordingly.
It should be noted that only 5-star characters will be shown in the banner announcement, and Kaveh is the only exception as a 4-star character since this is his debut. Hence, fans will have to wait for future announcements of other 4-star characters to appear in the upcoming 3.6 banner.

For now, credible insiders are suggesting that in 3.6 Phase I will include a replay of Nahida and Neela. As for Phase II, it will most likely include Bai Zhu's debut and rerun Ganyu in the new version. It should be noted that these banner orders are speculative and should be taken with a grain of salt.
