Reach 30 AR, complete chapter 1: act 2 and talk to Miss Lan at Li Yue Harbor
Walkthrough
Talk to Tian Tian.
Go to the marked place and defeat the enemies and destroy the barricades found there.
Return to Tian Tian and talk to her.
Go to the next marked area and defeat the villains there.
Return to Tian Tian and talk to her again to complete the quest.
