How to open
In Guili Valley, travel to the southern part of the Assembly and defeat the Ruin Hunter guarding the stairs. Inside the treasure chests is the letter that starts this quest.

Walkthrough
Head to Luhua Lake and light a bonfire with the pyro character (not far from Kingfisher's Slope).
Kill the treasure hunters that are attacking you. After dealing with the enemies, read the Notes Written in Sloppy Handwriting, which lie on a stone ledge next to the battlefield.
Your next destination is the highest point of the Kingfisher slope. Go there and start climbing. Along the way we collect glass bells. At the very top, you can collect Qing Xin and dig up the treasure chest by digging under the tree to complete the quest.
