Genshin Impact: Battle Pass Weekly Mission Guide

Genshin Impact, an open world action RPG, is a gacha title where you get two different currencies that you can use to acquire additional characters and weapons. Each of the items you want to receive is rated with 5 stars (1 star is overall and 5 stars is the best of the best). Adventure Rank is an integral part of the game as the more you practice the more mechanics and features unlock in the game and it is fairly easy to level up as you gain Adventure Level EXP for 90% of your activities in the game (opening chests, completing quests, etc.) ).

What makes things easier is unlocking the Battle Pass after reaching Adventure Rank 20; this unlocks more missions to take part in for additional rewards and Battle Pass XP. There are 30 levels to unlock in the battle pass, and each level requires more experience to unlock the next one, but the rewards are also bigger with each higher level. If you pay to access the premium versions of the Battle Pass, you get more rewards, which makes things a bit easier in the end.

Battle Pass

In the Battle Pass, the mission is actually divided into three pages, Daily, Weekly Missions and Missions. 

Daily missions are missions that you try to complete each day, and each day they will reset so you can complete them again; Only 4 missions left to complete. Weekly missions are missions that you complete during the week and are harder to complete than daily missions. And finally, there are the missions of this BP period, these types of missions must be completed during the entire season of the battle pass; you can only do it quickly if you spend real money and use in-game microtransactions, but there are only 3 left.

Weekly missions

In this guide, we will focus on how to complete the weekly missions as there are 10 missions to complete and some missions give more Battle Pass XP than others. The missions are as follows

• Collect 100 local Mondstadt delicacies -
  • There are 8 local delicacies unique to the Mondstadt region, but we'll tell you where to find them in our guides!
• Collect 100 local delicacies Li Yue
  • Just like in Mondstadt, 8 local delicacies can be found in the Li Yue region, and we will help you again!
• Defeat 10 Elite Enemies
  • Elite Enemies is the second most difficult boss type after world bosses, so be careful!
• Complete the Wolf of the North challenge 
  • This mission is to defeat Andrius, the boss of the wolf world! Only after you defeat him as part of the story.
• Complete the Stormterror Domain Challenge
  • This mission is to defeat the Storm Terror after you've defeated him in the story.
• Use a total of 1600 original resins.
  • This challenge is the hardest weekly challenge as you only get 120 Original Resin per day. It regenerates, but not at a great rate, so there are two options: use your limited items that replenish the original Resin, or pay to refill it. 
• Spend a total of 500000 Mora
  • It may seem simple, but 500 thousand Mora is quite a lot of money to spend on a weekly basis. Especially since the Battle Pass doesn't unlock right away, you've no doubt already spent so many ascending characters and upgraded weapons. After the first Ascension, further leveling up with blue adventure experience even once costs 1000 Mora, and using purple Hero's wit experience costs 4000 Mora. It all adds up, but you'll have to play the game a lot to spend 500k Mora next week!
• Complete 20 Ley Line Deposit Challenges
  • This is fairly easy to accomplish as there are two lines of force, wealth bloom and revelation bloom. Surprisingly, you don't have to spend the original resin to complete it; however, if you don't spend original resin on a Flower, it will stay there until you spend it. This means you can only complete 4 per day to easily complete this challenge!
• Cook 20 meals
  • The easiest of the missions to complete, as this task can be completed using the most common ingredients. Use raw meat and cook steak or even bird eggs to make Teyvat Fried Egg. You can make better meals to help you in the game if your party gets injured and needs to heal, but some of the best meals require crafting ingredients!
• Forge 20 items
  • Again, this is incredibly easy to do. If you're mining any of the ore deposits you find, you should have a lot of iron chunk, but to find it near Mondstadt,! Go to Blacksmith Wagner in Mondstadt and use these pieces to create upgrade ore. It takes 20 pieces of iron to make 40 upgrade ore, but that completes the weekly mission!
