Gotham Knights Is A Co-Op Batman Game Without Batman And It Looks Great
A Batman game without Batman? NO PROBLEM! Receive and sign!
We've had many stellar Batman games in the past, and now it's time for the extended Bat-family to find time to shine. WB Games Montreal unveiled their long-leaked Batman game last weekend during DC Fandome, and while this adventure has no Batman - it's dead - it offers plenty of playable characters as well as a pretty nifty co-op experience.
Batman is dead?
A promotional trailer from WB Games Montreal showcased Gotham struggling with the idea that Batman is now dead. Luckily, he wasn't the only hero up his sleeve at DC to encourage new members of the Bat-family to don their costumes.
The trailer below shows how Nightwing, Red Hood, Batgirl and Robin take on the role of protector, including moments where the four can team up and fight against the evils of Gotham together. What's more, DC fans can take on the Gothan Knights in co-op mode, making the fight against crime much more effective.
In addition to the aforementioned trailer, we were also able to get a glimpse of the actual gameplay, although the studio has taken care to communicate that these are all pre-alpha footage and are not necessarily indicative of the final product.
