Counter-Strike 2 players will be able to see their feet unlike older versions of CS:GO

Gameplay Reveal Counter-Strike 2 left players excited about the new features that will be added to the CS:GO replacement kit that will be released soon. A new addition that has piqued the interest of gamers is that, unlike previous iterations of Counter-Strike, players will be able to see their feet.

Valve announced a new feature with a joke about photos of legs, posting a photo of one of the models terroristslooking down at their feet.

To the delight of the CS community, the new game will go live worldwide in the summer of 2023. However, only a limited number of players will be selected for the beta testing showcasing new engine updates. Source 2.

New features of the camera with a view of the legs in Counter-Strike 2 interested CS:GO 2 fans

Counter-Strike 2 is arguably one of the most anticipated games on the esports scene and will be the long-awaited sequel to Valve's Global Offensive hit that was released over a decade ago in 2012. With "leaks" Source 2 and rumors circulating on the Internet over the past few weeks, Valve's gameplay has shaken players around the world.

Among several map reworks, changes to smokes, tick rate speeds and other improvements to the game, what players are now excited about is that they can see their feet when they look down.

In previous versions of Counter-Strike, your character model's legs were not shown when looking down. Players have been discussing this phenomenon for some time, and many of them raise the alarm at feeling like a disembodied person on the map with no legs or shadows. Here is a screenshot from the old game:

However, Counter-Strike 2 solved this problem by including legs and feet, complete with a model shadow. Here is a screenshot from one of the videos demonstrating counter-terrorism bomb disposal on a brand new Nuke Bombsite B:
