Ways to change the region on Steam.
Method one: QIWI (ONLY FOR CHANGE OF REGION TO KAZAKHSTAN)
The easiest way to change is through QIWI, for this method, there should be no money on your Steam wallet, NOT A PENNY!
1. First, download the VPN, the country must be Kazakhstan, connect. To change the region, click on the nickname in the upper right corner of the Steam window, "About account"

3. Next, go to the QIWI application on your phone. If you do not have a QIWI wallet, then create it. So, let's say that you still decide to buy a prepaid card, and want to change the region using it.
1. We repeat the first and second steps from the method with QIWI.
2. Next, you need to find a game in which there should be enough balance on the card, usually this game is indicated in the description of the purchase, if not, then we are looking for it ourselves. After you have found the game, click buy, fill in the field with the card, fill in any address depending on the region you are going to change to, click authorize, if everything went well, then your wallet balance should change.
Method three: An acquaintance or relative from Kazakhstan, Turkey, Argentina.

As with the second method, we are looking for offers in trading platforms. All the same dangers apply here as in the second method. I want to give advice before giving my account to another person: DO NOT TURN OFF STEAM GUARD!, even if you are very strongly asked to do this, immediately send such hucksters, they are scammers.
