How to connect with a device in Fortnite
Before proceeding to the control panels, players must first complete one more task on setting up communication with the device. The location for this can be found on the outskirts of the Loop Cave, overlooking the north entrance.
You will notice a hologram on the floor, just walk up to it and interact to set up the device and complete the first step. We've clearly marked the location on the Fortnite map below:
Location of the control panel in the Loop Cave in Fortnite
After the device is installed, inside loop caves There are three different control panels that need to be dealt with. We recommend enter through the south entranceto give yourself the fastest and easiest route. You will need to navigate through the ventilation system to find all three.
From the south entrance, the first one can be found, climbing the stairs and diving into the vent on the right wallwhere you will come across a hidden room that you can sneak into.
Again, starting from the south entrance, the path to the second device passes through first door to the left of the stairs. You will notice a vent that can be hacked at the back of the room, head straight leftand you will come across another secret room containing a control panel.
The third and final Panel is the hardest to find, so we would suggest starting in the middle of the Command Cavern. Head northwest under an underpass to find an air vent, break in and go through second vent on the rightto find another secret room with the last control panel.
We have also marked the locations on the map below to help you:
Once you track down any of the three control panels, all you have to do is walk up to them and interact to turn off the power and mark them on your list. Find all three panels to get a solid XP boost on your Battle Pass.
